高雄市高中職體育班導師轉型領導與學生學習動機之研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解高雄市高中職體育班教師轉型領導與學生學習動機之關係,並分析探討不同背景變項學生知覺高中職體育班其教師轉型領導與學生學習動機之差異,採用問卷調查法,以高中職體育班一二三年級學生為研究對象。並以描述性統計、Hotelling Trace檢定、單因子多變量變異數分析與典型相關等統計方法進行資料分析。本研究結果摘要如下:一、高雄市高中職體育班導師轉型領導以「激勵鼓舞」為最高,以「個別關懷」為最低。二、高雄市高中職體育班學生學習動機以「內在動機」較高,以「外在動機」較低。三、高雄市高中職體育班「轉型領導」與「學習動機」具有典型相關存在。本研究根據結論提供建議給相關單位及未來研究者參考。

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the students' learning motivation and their perception of mentor transformational leadership in special classes for sports at Kaohsiung senior high schools, and analyzed that the differences between the mentor transformational leadership and the learning motivation of the students under the different impacts of the background variables. Questionnaires were distributed to the students in special classes for sports from 7th to 9th grades in senior high schools. We used descriptive statistics, Hotelling Traces, one-way MANOVAs and canonical correlations to analyze collecting data. The results were summarized as follows: 1. With regard to mentor transformational leadership scores that the highest was the encouragement while individual care was the lowest. 2. Regarding to the motivation for learning scores, the level of intrinsic motivation was the highest whereas extrinsic was the lowest. 3. There was a canonical correlation between the learning motivation of the students and the transformational leadership of the teachers in special classes for sports at Kaohsiung senior high schools. According to the results, we suggested this study will provide some reference to relevant organizations and further research.
