摘要
從阿里山榆(Ulmus uyematsui Hay.)之心材的丙酮萃取物，得到六種結晶性物質。經紅外線光譜，核磁共振光譜及氣相色層分離分析及化學方法分別鑑定出其結構式為Dotriacontane為主成分之n-C_(26)H_(54)至n-C_(86)H_(74)混合物之飽和直鏈烷類，從n-C_(18)H_(27)COOH至n-C_(29)H_(59)COOH混合物之飽和直鏈脂肪酸，stigmasterol及β-sitosterol之混合物oleanolic酸及植物固醇之配糖體二種即campesterol, stigmasterol和β-sitosterol之混合物之galactoside及rhamnoside，其中配糖體二種為第一次由植物中得到。

From the acetone-extracts of the heartwood of Ali-shan Elm, Ulmus uyematsui Hay. (Ulmaceae), six crystalline fractions were isolated: (1) a mixture of n-alkanes between C_(26) and C_(36) containing dotriacontane as the major component, (2) a mixture of saturated n-fatty acids between C_(13) and C_(29), (3) a mixture of stigmasterol and a-sitosterol, (4) oleanolic acid, (5) galactoside and (6) rhamnoside of the mixture of campesterol, stigmasterol, and β-sitosterol which were identified by IR, NMR, MS, and GLC analysis and chemical analysis. The above two glycosides (5) and (6), as far as we are aware, have never been reported in the literature.
