摘要


離子阱質譜儀具有高掃瞄性、高靈敏度等特性,並可分離某被選擇之特定離子以進行碰撞活化解離(Collisionally Activated Dissociation, CAD),具有提供分析物結構訊息之串聯質譜儀的功用,因此適用於環境與藥物微量分析工作並鑑定分析物之結構。利用離子阱質譜儀多項獨特功能的優點可有效研究下列主題:化學游離法的開發、主客化學作用研究、自身離子/分子反應,溶劑微萃取法及電灑法的應用,或是使用離子阱質譜儀操作如動力法(kinetic method)之特殊的質譜技術來探討離子與分子相對親合力的大小。藉由本文闡述現今離子阱質譜儀技術之發展,將可使在未來的質譜領域中增加離子阱質譜儀技術之應用範圍。

The ion trap mass spectrometer is a widely used mass spectrometer in many fields of applications owing to its high sensitivity, high speed, low cost and excellent tandem mass capability. In this paper, we introduce the application of the ion trap mass spectrometry in both fundamental studies and analytical applications. The research work in the ion trap mass spectrometry can be classified into five topics: (1) chemical ionization (2) host-guest chemistry (3) self-ion/molecule reaction (4) single drop microextraction (5) electrospray mass spectrometry.
