摘要


由於全球暖化與高漲石油價格,能源議題吸引科學與科技熱切討論。如何參與這迫切議題的發展已成為各個領域重要的課題。本文簡單介紹太陽能電池產業現況,製程技術原理,並以物理化學的觀點,探討如何改善多晶矽太陽能電池矽基板製造技術,以提高製程良率與光電轉換效率。

As the pressure increasing from the global warming and soaring oil price, the energy issue has been the center of attraction for science and technology. How to participate in the development of this impending issue is important for every segment of science and technology. In this report, a viewpoint of physical chemist is discussed for chemists to contribute their efforts in green energy using the manufacture of silicon substrate for polycrystalline silicon solar cell as an example.
