電子3C產業人員、人力資源管理活動對組織績效之影響

摘要


近幾年,企業在於人力資源管理的相關議題廣泛地討論。然其研究範圍人力資源管理與組織績效間的關聯性在實證研究中被證實,但要是要以充分證據來證實這兩者之間的因果關聯性,必須針對人力資源管理活動影響組織績效的程度來判斷。因此本研究目的由電子產業人員、人力資源管理活動為變數研究對組織績效之影響以及探討電子產業人員、人力資源管理活動與組織績效之關聯。在資料的蒐集上,本研究以在台電子3C產業為研究對象,進行調查研究。本研究採實地發放問卷,共回收了121份問卷。在我們做過上述統計分析後,所得到的驗證結果,電子產業人員對人力資源管理活動部份顯著差異;電子產業人員對組織績效之影響部份顯著差異;人力資源管理活動與組織績效呈正相關;人力資源管理活動對組織績效之影響呈正向關係。

In the recent years, the human resource management of a corporation is related issues to discuss widely. However, the scope of its research activities between human resource management and organizational performance, the relationship on the positive study was proved. But both that are causal relationship was proved as sufficient evidences. It needs to be judged the level of human resource management activities impact on organizational performance. Therefore, propose of the study is from the electronic industry, human resource management activities as the variables for the impact of the organizational performance, and discuss the association of the electronic industry personnel or human resource management activities with organizational performance. To collect this data, electronic industry in Taiwan is an object of study and implement investigate study in that research. That research was adopted to give questionnaire in real place and 121 set questionnaires were recovered. At result, electronic 3c industry personnel have a partial significantly difference on human resource management activities. electronic 3c industry personnel have a partial significantly difference on organizational performance. At the same time, human resource management activities have a positive relationship of effect on organizational performance. human resource management activities have a positive impact on organizational performance.
