兩岸軟體資訊專業人員職場資訊素養與軟體知識技能關係之研究

A Study of the Relationship Between Information Literacy in the Workplace and Software Knowledge & Skill: A Cross-strait Perspective on Information Technology professionals

摘要


本研究旨在探討軟體資訊專業人員對於職場資訊素養、軟體知識技能的自我認知,並比較兩者之間的關係;問卷發放部分橫跨海峽雙邊,並依據所得資料進行比較,對於提升職場資訊素養與軟體知識技能給出建議,以供兩岸資訊科技產業參考借鑒。 本研究以兩岸軟體工程師為研究對象,採用問卷調查法作為資料蒐集之方法,共回收578 份有效樣本。研究結果發現:(1)兩岸軟體工程師在職場資訊素養及軟體知識技能所有構面皆有顯著差異;(2)圖資領域與非圖資領域的軟體工程師在職場資訊素養及軟體知識技能所有構面皆有顯著差異;(3)個人條件中,年齡偏低、大學學歷及資訊工程背景者擁有較高的職場資訊素養與軟體知識技能;(4)職場環境條件中,年資較低、公司規模較小及未擔任主管者擁有較高的職場資訊素養與軟體知識技能;(5)資訊行為在職場資訊素養及軟體知識技能大部分構面無顯著差異;(6)職場資訊素養與軟體知識技能之間有高度正相關且有54.2%的預測力。 最後,根據結果提出五項建議:(1)加強「社群知識傳播」構面能力,提升整體職場資訊素養;(2)加強「專業知識能力」構面能力,提升整體軟體知識技能;(3)軟體資訊科技產業主管職人員應加強職場資訊素養提升;(4)加強在校學生資訊素養與專業課程的連結,提升職場資訊素養;(5)加強兩岸軟體工程師相互交流機會,提升職場資訊素養。 關於進一步研究,提供三項建議供研究者參考:(1)擴大研究調查範圍;(2)研究方法可採多樣方式進行;(3)制定職場資訊素養能力標準

This study aims to identify the relationship between software information professionals' workplace information literacy and software knowledge & skill, and further explore the relationship between the two. The questionnaires were distributed across the Taiwan strait and compared with the data obtained, and designed to give suggestions for improving workplace information literacy, software knowledge & skill. All can be cited as information for cross-strait information technology industry. The participants in this study were cross-strait information technology professionals. 578 valid questionnaires have been collected. Results showed that, (1)Cross-strait software engineers have significant differences in all aspects of workplaceinformation literacy and software knowledge & skill; (2) Software engineers in the field of library and information and non-library and information have significant differences in all aspects of workplace information literacy and software knowledge & skill; (3) Among the personal conditions, participants with lower age, college degrees and information engineering backgrounds have higher workplace information literacy and software knowledge & skill; (4) In the workplace environment conditions, participants with lower seniority, working for small companies and acting as non-supervisor have higher workplace information literacy and software knowledge & skill; (5) Information behavior has no significant difference in most aspects of workplace information literacy and software knowledge & skills; (6) There is a high positive correlation between workplace information literacy and software knowledge & skill along with the predicted value 54.2% of both. Based on the results, five suggestions were raised as follows, (1) Improve the capability of "community knowledge dissemination" to enhance the overall workplace information literacy; (2) Improve the capability of “professional knowledge ability” to enhance the overall software knowledge & skill; (3) The supervisors in the software information industry should enhance the workplace information literacy; (4) Strengthen the links between information literacy and professional courses to enhance workplace information literacy; (5) Strengthen communication opportunities between cross-strait software engineers to enhance workplace information literacy. For further research, three suggestions were raised as follows, (1) Expand the scope of research; (2) Research methods can be used in various ways; (3) Develop workplace information literacy standards.
