The study hopes to identify factors that influence knowledge sharing willingness and behavior of organization members through questionnaire collection and analysis to understand how to enhance the willingness of organization members to share their knowledge and experience. It is the other purpose of the study to know if knowledge sharing does effectively enhance job performance in Taiwan financial industry. The research questions of the study need to be resolved include the following: 1. Factors that induce knowledge sharing willingness of organization members. 2. Impact on job performance if organization members are willing to share their knowledge. 3. If knowledge sharing willingness if the intermediary factor to enhance job performance.
