製造廠商外包採購策略對庫存周轉影響之研究

A Research of the Effects of Outsourcing Strategy to Turnover Rate for Manufacturing Firms

摘要


製造業在經營環境快速變遷及全球競爭日益激烈情形下,外包策略不再只是處理商業的作業流程,更是一種透過外部資源提升企業競爭力,外包是一種增進整體績效的策略工具,但決定外包策略與自製策略卻是許多企業所猶豫不決的決策,如安達魯.吉斯(2007)所說並非所有外包都是沒有風險,企業為了提升本身的競爭力,必須有效地管理採購相關的活動,以降低採購的風險。 經濟部產業技術白皮書(2009)針對製程或流程創新中說明,新的或顯著改變的夥伴關係如聯盟、夥伴、委外或下包等都對企業創新有相當大的貢獻;陳泳翰(2009)提到說巨豪公司施行外包策略後,公司年成長率高達32%。本研究之目的即為探討製造廠商外包採購策略對庫存周轉影響之研究,以瞭解此類策略對製造業在施行庫存周轉上是否有助益。 本研究將針對製造業外包策略或自製策略所研究的庫存周轉,是否有相對關係之研究,其方式是針對策略上的不同進行調查、分析與研究。研究架構共分為外包策略與自製策略,即外包策略之影響分為:庫存周轉、製造流程、生產成本及資金運用等三大構面;即自製策略之影響分為:庫存周轉、製造流程、生產成本與資金運用等三大構面;採用結構性問卷及便利抽樣法進行調查研究,共回收150位有效問卷資料。針對受測者基本資料與公司資料採用卡方分析法進行交叉分析。 以主成份分析法經由百分位數轉換萃取出六個研究構面之主成份分數後,以皮爾森相關分析法針對六個構面之關聯性進行假說檢定;同時也採用變異數分析法,將六個構面與個人基本資料及公司資料,進行差異性分析;最後針對外包策略及自製策略分別進行集群分析,並與個人基本資料及公司資料,進行交叉分析。 根據研究分析結果獲得之結論為:在庫存周轉比例上贊同外包策略的人數高於自製策略,顯示出施行外包策略在庫存周轉上有助於公司減少公司負擔,且對外包策略贊同度越高,對自製策略的施行性越低;製造流程對外包策略贊同度越高,對自製策略的施行性越低;生產成本及資金運用對外包策略贊同度越高,對自製策略的施行性越低。依據以上結論本研究提出四項策略上建議。

Under the condition of fast change and the global competition, outsourcing is not only a process of SOP (standard operation procedure) but a strategy of improving competitive factor and working efficiency. However, it is hard for industry to decide outsourcing or self-made. Like Anda Lu. Guise (2007) said that outsourcing strategy might have risk. Industry must manage the purchase activity to mitigate the risk. Ministry of Economic Affairs Industrial Technology White Paper (2009) for the process or process innovation in the description of new or significant changes in partnerships such as alliances, partnerships, outsourcing or the next packet and so on innovative considerable contribution; Chen Yong Han (2009) mentioned that the implementation of outsourcing giant high after the company, company annual growth rate of 32%. Purpose of this study is to investigate the outsourcing of procurement strategy manufacturer impact study on the inventory turnover in order to understand the manufacturing sector in the implementation of such strategies on inventory turnover is helpful. This study will focus on the manufacturing outsourcing strategy or self-study of inventory, whether the relative relationship of research, the approach is aimed at investigating the different strategies, analysis and research of a total of six dimensions of structure, which outsourcing strategy effects separated into three dimensions: the stock turnover and dimensions, the manufacturing process, dimensions and production costs of funds perspective; that the effect of home-made strategies are divided into three dimensions: the stock turnover and dimensions, manufacturing processes, production cost structure surface and the dimensions of funds; using structured questionnaires and convenience sampling method research, a total recovery of 150 valid questionnaires data subjects. Basic information for the subjects with the company data analysis using chi-square cross-analysis; to principal component analysis extracted by the percentile change of dimensions of the six principal component scores, the Pearson correlation analysis for the six a dimension of relevance to hypothesis testing; while using variance analysis, the six dimensions and basic personal information and company information, for difference analysis; Finally, outsourcing strategies and self-strategy of cluster analysis, respectively, and with basic personal data and company information, conduct cross-analysis. According to the results of this study, the conclusions obtained are as follows: inventory turnover higher the degree of outsourcing strategy for support of the implementation strategy of self-lower; the manufacturing process of the outsourcing strategy agreed with the higher degree of self-implementation of the strategy of the lower; production costs and capital utilization higher the degree of outsourcing strategy for support of the implementation strategy of self-made lower. These conclusions based on this study proposed four strategies.
