探討資通訊科技於日間照護中心對醫療服務品質之影響

摘要

本研究針對日間照護中心資通訊科技技術，從建置生理儀器將其電腦化至日照中心實際使用管理系統結果，調查機構照護人員及住民家屬對此資通訊系統之服務滿意度調查，探討日間照護中心使用資通訊系統後其便利及效率性，並分析資通訊系統在掌握住民最新照護之即時性，以提供改善措施給予最完善之照顧，縮短問題發生之回應時間。本研究以日照中心為研究對象，以PZB Model設計醫療服務滿意度問卷針對日照中心照護人員及住民家屬進行使用資通訊技術之服務品質滿意度調查，蒐集基本資料，包括：性別、年齡、教育程度、親屬關係及住民參與日照中心時間和其認知功能狀態以進行相關性分析。針對照護人員與家屬進行之健康監控、慢性病管理、用藥等，進行執行前後滿意度調查，不論是家屬或照護人員在資訊系統使用前後具顯著差異，住民之家屬對於資通訊系統之實用性及方便性同意為33.3%及非常同意為60.0%，而在機構照護人員同意及非常同意對資通訊系統之移動性、實用性及方便性為75.0%。資通訊系統建議未來可與各醫療院所合作使日照中心之住民資料更加完善，以讓各日照機構可給予住民更適切之照護；同時，日照中心資通訊系統除了縮短醫療測量時間並提供給住民更優渥的照護，更進一步將許多數據、文件等紙本資料電子化，因而建議此舉結合綠色生活及環境永續發展，使政策能概括資源之永續利用。

Objective: This study explores the convenience and efficiency of ICT system at day-care center according to physiological instruments computerized management system result and satisfaction investigation results of caring attendant and residents’ family. This study also analyzes the immediacy of the latest care according to ICT system in order to provide the complete health care and reduce reacting time when the problem occurs.
Method: The object of this study is the day-care center. The satisfaction investigation of medical service is designed with PZB Model. Caring attendants and residents’ family will fill in the basic information, including sex, age, education degree, relation, and their recognition and the time of joining the day-care center in satisfaction investigation of ICT system.
Results: According to health monitoring, chronic disease management, medication, etc., both family of residents and caring attendants have different answer to the satisfaction investigation before and after using the ICT system. 33.3 % of the residents’ family agrees with the practicability and convenience of ICT system, and 60.0% of them extremely agree with ICT system. 75% of caring attendants agrees and extremely agrees with the mobility, practicability, and convenience of ICT system.
Suggest: Recommends that ICT systems can cooperate with other medical institutions in the future, so that information on day care center residents will be able to be more complete and give residents more suitable care. After using ICT system, day care center can reduce the measure time and provide better medical care to residents. Also, it can be electronic lots of data, documents and paper. Therefore the proposed combination of green living and environment sustainable development, so that policy can be summarized sustainable utilization of resources.
