近年來各產業皆朝向智慧化的發展,物聯網、大數據與雲端計算等技術的發展為醫療院所帶來新的應用-「智慧醫院」。透過科技的應用,期望能降低醫護人員的工作負擔,並帶給病患更好的醫療照護品質,使得醫療院所的智慧化成為新一波的趨勢,然而智慧醫院建置後的使用與帶來的成效目前仍缺乏實證。建置智慧醫院是醫院電子化的整合工程,也是很大的投資,正因為其投資經費不貲,因此大部分醫院皆躊躇不前。而對於智慧醫院如此大的投資而言,系統效益評估除了須考慮投資報酬率之損益平衡外,更須考慮其周邊效益。「沒有評估就沒有管理」,本研究主要以中部某新成立醫院為研究對象,利用資訊系統成功模式作為理論基礎,從資訊品質、系統品質、服務品質、安全品質、使用及使用意願、滿意度、效益等幾個構面,以問卷調查法進行探討使用者及管理者對於智慧醫院建置效益進行評估。本研究以研究的結果及針對醫院,政府,健保署,廠商及後續研究提出適當的建議,期望能對實務界,學術界及資訊界能有所貢獻。
“Make it smart” is an emerging development in Taiwan healthcare organizations on the edges of IT such as IOT(Internet of Things), Big Data and Cloud Computing, and so on. Smart hospital is expected to bring the lower of work loading of healthcare professionals, and the better quality of health care. However, the utilization of smart hospital technologies and the performance of implementation of these technologies are not examined empirically. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the success of smart hospital technologies based on users’ perspectives. An investigation questionnaire will be delivered to healthcare professionals in a new rural smart hospital located in central Taiwan. This questionnaire was designed according to DeLone and McLean IS Success Model and adapted to the context of smart hospital technologies and environment. The constructs include System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Safety and Trust Quality, Usage, and Users’ Satisfaction. Some organizational variables are examined their exogenous variables impacts on smart hospital’s success. The results and their managerial implication will be discuss. No assessment no management. The assessment of smart hospital success in our study can served as a referential evaluation framework by healthcare industry in Taiwan and elsewhere countries.
