本研究以蔬果酵素和靈芝醱酵物做一結合,開發製成保健食品,以高劑量6%、低劑量3%蔬果酵素複合飲分別混予一般飼料飼育小鼠為期4週和8週,再經予腹腔注射細菌內毒素( Lipopolysaccharides;LPS )誘發小鼠體內產生氧化壓力,用以觀察及探討其在動物模式中的抗氧化、抗發炎能力。 將實驗組別分成(1)控制組(2)LPS組(3)低劑量3﹪+LPS組(4)高劑量6﹪+LPS組。經由實驗結果發現,食用低劑量3%或高劑量6%蔬果酵素和靈芝醱酵複合飲+LPS的組別可增加糞便排出量,其肝臟中總抗氧化能力(TEAC)顯著高於LPS組;食用高劑量6%+LPS組其血清中及肝臟中的膽固醇及三酸甘油酯顯著低於LPS組;但對降低血中脂質過氧化物、提昇體內抗氧化酵素(GPx、GSH、GSHRd),降低體內轉錄調節因子(NF-κB)的蛋白質濃度等效果並不顯著。因此,由實驗結果顯示:補充蔬果酵素靈芝醱酵複合飲對於感染LPS的小鼠可降低膽固醇、三酸甘油酯,提昇體內的總抗氧化能力(TEAC)。
This study examined the effects of mixture containing fruit-vegetable enzymes and Ganoderma lucidum fermentation product. Using high-dose 6%and low-dose3% of this mixture to feed mice for 4 and 8 weeks, and then by intraperitoneal injection of bacterial endotoxin (Lipopolysaccharides; LPS) to induce oxidative stress in mice. The purpose was to investigate antioxidant and anti-inflammatory capabilities in animal models. The experimental groups were divided into (1) a control group (2) LPS group (3) low-dose3﹪ mixture + LPS group (4) high dose 6﹪ mixture+ LPS group. The experimental results showed that administration low-dose 3% or high-dose 6%of complex increased fecal weight excretion and liver trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity (TEAC) when compared with LPS group. High-dose 6%mixture + LPS group had lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels in serum and liver when compared with LPS group. This mixture did not show any effect to affect serum lipid peroxides, body antioxidant enzymes activity (GPx, GSH, GSHRd), and transcription factor (NF-κB) protein concentration. These findings suggested that intake of this mixture in LPS-treated mice could reduce cholesterol, triglycerides and improve the body's trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity.
