臺北市高級中等學校公民與社會科教師對審議民主看法之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺北市高中公民與社會科教師對審議民主認識之現況,以及不同背景變項之下,臺北市高中公民與社會科教師對審議民主見解之差異情形,並根據研究結果提出結論與建議。 本研究主要採用問卷調查法,以了解臺北市高中公民與社會科教師對審議民主認識之現況,本研究對象為臺北市高中公民與社會科教師,總共167位,有效回收率為90%。經統計分析結果,獲得之研究結論如下: 一、臺北市高中公民科教師對審議民主內涵上的認識程度屬中高程度 以上。 二、學歷較高、較常參與研習進修、所學主修是政治類之臺北市高中 公民科教師對審議民主內涵認識程度較高。 三、臺北市高中公民科教師對審議民主教育的見解屬中高程度以上。 四、私立學校、所學主修是經濟類之臺北市高中公民科教師對審議民 主教育見解情形較持正面態度。 最後根據研究結論,提出相關建議作為未來研究之參考。

The purpose of this research was to investigate the extent of the understanding of Citizen and Society teachers in Taipei City senior high schools toward deliberative democracy, and furthermore, to explore the differences among the viewpoints of those teachers under different background variables. The study mainly adopted the questionnaire survey approach, in order to find out the current status in these issues. The objects of the study were Citizen and Society teachers, and the questionnaires were received by 167 teachers with 90% return rate. Through statistical analysis, the conclusions of the study were as follows: 1.The understanding of the teachers about the connotation of Deliberative Democracy was on an intermediate-to-high level. 2.The highly educated Citizen and Society teachers in senior high schools of Taipei City who majored in politic and had participated in In-service training programs more frequently had better understanding of the definition of Deliberative Democracy. 3.The opinions of the teachers on Deliberative Democracy education was on an intermediate-to-high level. 4.The Citizen and Society teachers who majored in Economics or in private senior high schools held a more positive attitude toward Deliberative Democracy education. Finally, the results of this research could provide related advice for the references in the future study.
