利用TRIZ演化趨勢進行創新產品構思—以氣動打釘機為例

摘要


產品生命週期的逐漸縮短,已是產品研發過程中必須面對的問題了,在最短期間內完成符合市場需求的創新產品,運用系統性創新方法的分析,可以幫助該產品的成功。 本論文研究,運用Darrell Mann所提出的TRIZ三十七項參數演化趨勢,說明其演化趨勢的一般法則,首先將探究國內外氣動打釘機產業,藉由市場區隔S曲線分析,預估哪些產品何時在市場上無法創造利益,再利用系統性創新方法開發新產品。於產品研發過程中經由檢索氣動打釘機在中華民國與美國所申請的相關專利公報,對照TRIZ三十七項參數演化趨勢階段現況後,繪製成演化趨勢雷達圖,觀察分析現階段產品技術演化趨勢的階段性,藉由繪製演化潛力雷達圖了解現有系統演化情況,趨勢則可協助目前系統推算出其演化極限;對照TRIZ演化趨勢各階段,則可得知系統的演化潛力,而演化潛力與極限便成為最有價值的創新產品構思方向。 研究結果提出空間趨勢第S7項參數:減少密度的第二階塑膠、介面趨勢第I28項參數:控制度的第四階智慧型回饋與介面趨勢第I30項參數:設計方法的第六階防呆設計,以三項參數趨勢為構思方向,創新設計符合利基市場之氣動打釘機概念產品。

The product life cycle shorten is the issue that has to be overcome during product research and development. To create an innovative product which is able to reach the market request in a shortest period, the usage of the analysis of systematic innovative theory is needed for a success of the product. This research uses TRIZ 37 technology trends, presented by Darrell Mann, to illustrate the general rule of evolutional trends. The research starts from exploring domestic and foreign pneumatic nailer industry. Then, the research analyzes the information by S Curve of market segmentation, trying to predict the recession of the product life cycle and trying to develop new products by systematic and innovative methods. During the product developing process, the research examines the pneumatic nailer patents applied in R.O.C. and the U.S. After comparing with the TRIZ trends, the evolutionary potential radar plot is drawn. By referring to the evolutionary potential radar plot, the research observes and analyzes the stage of current product technology and the condition of system evolution. In addition, the trends will help the system to estimate limit and potential of the product evolution which will be the direction to deliberate innovative concepts of the most valuable products. The result of this research indicates that using the 2nd stage is Plastic of S7th technology trend:Decreasing Density, and 4th stage is Intelligent Feedback of I28th technology trend:Controllability, and 6th stage is Design for Murphy of I30th technology trend:Design Methodology, to propose the concepts of innovative pneumatic nailer product that meets the market niche.
