大學產學研發活動中研究生與其指導教授關係之探討

摘要


本研究旨在藉由研究生知覺觀點來探討產學研發活動中研究生與其指導教授的關係,其具體目的如下:(一)探討產學研發活動中研究生與指導教授的約定關係。(二)分析產學研發活動中研究生與指導教授的互動情形。(三)瞭解產學研發活動中研究生對其權益保障的知覺情形。為達研究目的,首先進行文獻探討,並擬定本研究之訪談大綱,再從39所大學產學合作績優學校中便利取樣24位碩士生,作為本研究之受訪對象。經資料處理分析之後,獲得結論如下: 一、研究生尋求教授的指導等同於默認參與研究案,且彼此的約定關係隱含強制力。 二、研究生助理對研究案內涵及其權利義務的瞭解程度有限。 三、研究生畢業論文和研究案目標結合能有效提昇研究生投入研究案的程度。 四、研究生與指導教授的互動隱含僱傭關係,但自認角色仍為學生。 五、研究生認為參與研究案的付出與回饋不成比例,而指導教授未能有效激勵。 六、研究生參與研究案的職涯發展功能顯著,惟保護功能因個案不同歧異度大。 七、研究生參與研究案的心理社會功能並不顯著。 八、多數指導教授尊重學術倫理,但研究生的學術倫理知覺並不明確。 九、在產學研發活動中研究生的智財權知覺薄弱。 最後,依據結論對主管教育行政機關、學校、教師、研究生及後續研究提出建議作為參考。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between advisor and graduate student in university-industry cooperation from the viewpoint of graduate students’ perception. The goals of this study were as follows: (1) To investigate the relationship of agreements between graduate students and advisor in university-industry cooperation. (2) To analyze the interaction between graduate students and advisor in university-industry cooperation. (3) To understand graduate students’ perception of their rights and interests in university-industry cooperation. To achieve the purposes of this study, a literature review was first conducted and the interview guideline of the research was then established. Subsequently, the researcher selected 24 volunteer interviewees from 39 universities performing excellent with great achievements by convenience sampling. After the data were analyzed, the results were as follow: 1. Graduate students who asked professors to be advisor were basically willing to take part in university-industry cooperation; besides, the agreements between graduate students and advisor implied compulsion. 2. Graduate student knew little about the content of the university-industry cooperation as well as their own rights and interests. 3. The combination of graduate student’s thesis and the purpose of the university-industry cooperation could enhance the degree of student’s involvement during the whole process. 4. The interaction between graduate students and the advisor implied the relationship of employment, but graduates still viewed themselves as students. 5. Graduate students thought that their feedback and devotion was out of proportion, and the advisor could not provide effect incentive. 6. For those who took part in the university-industry cooperation, the career-related function was significant while the protection varied greatly from person to person. 7. For those who took part in the university-industry cooperation, the psychosocial function wasn’t significant. 8. Most advisor respected academic ethics; however, the graduate students’ perception of academic ethics was not definite. 9. Graduate students’ perception of intellectual property rights was weak while in university-industry cooperation. Based on the results of this study, suggestions for educational administration, school, teachers, graduate students, and future studies were proposed.
