科技世代來臨,訊科技高度發展與創新應用,人們藉由智慧型手機、網路等搜尋各式各樣的資料,行動商務運算也如同這幾年的電子商務一樣漸漸的蓬勃發展,由於行動商務比起傳統更具成本效益、個性化、即時傳遞,藉此人們可以很容易地存取第三方服務提供者的遠端運算資源和各種服務。一般來說,出於經濟因素、便利考量或是環保意識使然,日漸興起的租借共享形式開始成為大眾趨之若鶩的消費方式。 首先蒐集相關產業文獻與訪談2位專家先確認雲端租屋網成功關鍵再經由專家訪談修正其初步成功因素,然後經由分析彙整出4項關鍵成功因素之構面,其中包含有12個關鍵成功因素如下:獨特性、外觀、價格因素、商品內容、互動性、補償機制、簡易訂房系統、評價系統、即時更新、品牌形象、安全/隱私、資訊透明,再以分析網路程序法針對36位使用次數超過3次者進行問卷調查。 本研究提出以下結論:1.「產品面」為雲端租屋網之最重要構面2.「產品面」以「價格因素」準則最重要3.「服務面」以「商品內容」準則最重要4.「科技面」以「評價系統」準則最重要5.「營運面」以「安全/隱私」準則最重要。
Cloud computing era is coming, people with smart phones, Internet and other kinds of information search, many have computed that mobile commerce will blossom soon. The mobile commerce is growing fast because it is more cost effective, personalized, and real time delivery capabilities. People can easily access remote computing resource and various services provided by third-party service provider. First of all, I find out some suitable key factors through probing into literatures, survey and interview of two experts. These experts confirmed four major facets Which contains 12 key success factors. Before further looking into the key factors to success by means of Analytic Network Process (ANP), I interviewed 36 consumers through questionnaire survey. In this study, there are some conclusions as follow: 1. The products is the most important ones. 2. In the aspect of “products”, “price factor” is the most important one. 3. In the aspect of “service”, “commodity content” is the most important one. 4. In the aspect of “technology”, “evaluation system” is the most important one. 5. In the aspect of “operation”, “security / privacy” is the most important one.
