線性滑軌壽命測試機的分析與改良

摘要


本研究之目的是設計一台可模擬線性滑軌受單純疲勞負載下的線性滑軌壽命測試機台,並藉以驗證線性滑軌的基本額定動負載。 本文先利用舊有往復式線性滑軌壽命測試機進行壽命測試實驗,再分析實驗所得的數據與線性滑軌廠商所提供的理想壽命計算公式進行壽命曲線比較,由於理想壽命計算公式導入很多環境和材料的修正係數,其修正係數都是在理想狀態下修正的,而實際測試環境變因是不定的,所以實驗結果與理論壽命公式有誤差是必然的。廠商和客戶可接受的誤差範圍在10%以內,但實驗結果的誤差大都超過10%,於是我們思考改變壽命測試機的機構來降低實驗的誤差。 本實驗測試機器為速回機構,此機構作動影響線性滑軌壽命的因素有:往復來回作動的加速度非簡諧運動、機構的連桿會有垂直方向的分力使負載產生變動、旋壓式負載會因為熱膨脹效應使施加負載不定。而本文主要針對速度因素及負載因素影響的進行理論分析,再藉由機構動態模擬軟體,以虛擬原型機的方式設計出「蘇格蘭軛作動的壽命測試機」和「平行機構作動的壽命測試機」,新設計的線性滑軌壽命測試機台皆能改善舊有往復式壽命測試機的缺點,對線性滑軌壽命的影響降到最小。

The purpose of this study is design a linear guideway life test machine that can simulate by simple fatigue load and verify the the linear guideway basic rated dynamic load. We use the old reciprocate linear guideway life test machine to experiment, and analysis of the experimental data. Since the ideal life calculation formula has many environmental and material correction factor, the environmental factors are changes in the actual test, so there will be errors results. The error results mostly more than 10%, so we think about changing life testing machine body to reduce experimental error. The experimental test machine factors affecting the life of linear guideway has the following : moving back and forth as the acceleration is not simple harmonic motion, institutions have a vertical direction of the force rod so that the load fluctuates, thermal expansion effect the applied load is not fixed. We use virtual prototype design a " Scotch yoke actuator life test machine" and "Parallel motion life test machine", new desing can solve the shortcomings of the original, under stringent conditions that minimize the risk of contamination .
