線性滑軌行走順暢度之探討

摘要


本研究之目的主要是在於探討線性滑軌加工精度對於行走順暢度之影響,以期更佳的線性滑軌順暢度品質。首先利用TESA 高度規及光學投影機取得零配件及滑塊相關迴流系統孔位之數據,並在此基礎上建立標準件線性滑軌及超公差線性滑軌兩種模型,建構成完整的迴流循環系統,進行加工精度與行走順暢度之追蹤模擬。 本文採用多種上、下限公差及不同預壓力之方式進行交叉比對,藉由推拉力計所獲得的數據,分析滑塊拘束於滑軌上運行時所產生的振幅,推測鑽孔加工時孔偏對於行走順暢度是否有放大的效果。並探討調整孔位機構加工精度的功用。 本文並且進行改變滑塊預壓力進行模擬,求得線性滑軌在重預壓時的行走順暢度,以追蹤不同的循環條件,並藉由獲得之實例數據經過分析與探討,來觀察並分析線性滑軌最佳之順暢度為目的。

The purpose of this research is mainly lie in inquiring into the linear guideway to process the influence of the accuracy to run about a smooth degree to expect a smooth degree of better linear guideway quality. This text and carry on a change slippery the piece prepare pressure to carry on emulation, begging line slippery track at heavy prepare to press of run about a smooth degree to track a different circulating condition, and by acquire it solid example the data has been analyzed and inquire into, observe and analyze line slippery the track is the best of smooth degree is purpose.
