本研究以新北市立三所國民小學校園閒置空間活化之研究為例,採用半結構式訪談法及文件分析來蒐集相關資料,藉以瞭解個案學校在推動校園閒置空間活化再利用時,如何就學校背景作SWOT分析、規劃設計、執行管考與成果回饋並探討個案學校採取哪些理念、方法、策略及影響,可供其他學校借鏡,最後提出結論及建議。歸納本研究有以下幾點發現: 一、閒置空間活化可創造新價值。 二、規劃設計首重教育理念。 三、空間規劃要因地制宜發揮創意。 四、善用教師專業社群形塑優質活化空間。 五、本於永續發展與社區民眾緊密結合。 六、藉由活化閒置空間以提升學生學習成效。 本研究並依據以上研究結論對主管教育行政機關及學校提供未來改進之建議。
This research aimed at revitalizing vacant school space about three elementary schools of the New Taipei City. Due to the trend of declining birthrate, many school buildings suffer from the fate of being abandoned. The New Taipei City Government had decided that it would make best use of those deserted school buildings within New Taipei City. The methods of semi-structured interview and document analysis were adopted to collect the relevant information to understand the cases schools how to create the idea from the threat. Through the ways of SWOT analysis, planning, controlling, and achievement feedback to understand the thinking, methods, strategies and affections from the cases schools were taken. As a result, the important suggestions and conclusions can be learned by other schools. The findings were as follows: 1. New value could be created by revitalizing vacant school space. 2. The design of planning primarily emphasized the principle of education. 3. Space planned would develop creatively and flexibly. 4. Using professional teachers well could shape great vacant school space magnificently. 5. By applying the sustainable development would connect tightly with people from neighborhoods. 6. The learning effort of students could be boosted by revitalizing vacant school space. Based upon the results presented above, this research also affords the suggestions for future improvement to the Ministry of Education and schools.
