我國導遊人員在職訓練現況與需求分析

摘要


本研究旨在探討我國導遊人員在職訓練的現況與需求情形。瞭解導遊人員參加在職訓練時間、訓練單位、訓練課程、課程訊息來源的現況及對在職訓練方式、時間、內容的需求、參加在職訓練的障礙與增加訓練課程的需求及對強制性訓練之看法,同時分析不同背景變項導遊人員對在職訓練需求面及對強制性訓練之差異。本研究採問卷調查法,以我國導遊人員為母群體,採便利抽樣方式,以「導遊人員在職訓練現況與需求調查表」進行問卷調查,有效問卷371 份,可用率為98.1%。所得資料以描述統計、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行資料分析。研究結果如下: 1.86%以上導遊人員都曾參加在職訓練,且仍持續固定的進修學習。 2.導遊人員最喜歡參加的訓練課程以實務經驗與帶團、解說技巧相關課程為主。 3.在職訓練時間無特定時段需求。 4.訓練方式以「帶團實務演練」最為喜歡。 5.導遊人員認為各項在職訓練內容都同樣的重要。 6.導遊人員認為參加訓練的障礙「工作繁忙沒時間參加」為主要原因。 7.超過85.4%的導遊贊成強制性的在職訓練。 最後根據研究結果,對導遊人員、訓練機關、主管機關及未來研究提出具體建議,以供參考。

This research aimed to analyze the status and needs for tour guides’ training, to understand the timing, training formats, training topics, possible barriers of the training and in need of training topics, and to bring up the opinions to the compulsory training. Also, to analyze whether the difference on tour guides’ backgrounds may significantly impact on the training. This research was based on tour guides by applying the questionnaire on convenience samples selected from the matrix. In this research, the total returns were 371, and the valid rate was 98.1%. The data were analyzed by descriptive-statistics, T-test, and one-way ANOVA. The conclusions were described as the following. 1. Over 86% of the tour guides have joined the job training. 2.The favorite of the training program include “practical experiences”, “interpretive guiding skills”. 3.For the timing of the training is no special limitation. 4.The favorite format of the training program is “practical experiences”. 5.Tour guides think all training topics are equally important. 6.Among barriers avoiding them from training,“lack of time due to work” are what they are concerned. 7.Over 85.4% of tour guides approve of compulsory training. According to the main findings and the conclusions, suggestions are proposed for tour guides, traininrg organizations, administrative organizations and the future researchers.
