食品企業導入食品履歷雲之關鍵因素探討

摘要


食品履歷雲服務的使用者主要可分為兩大角色:導入原物料來源、檢驗、製造加工等各生產環節資訊的食品業者,以及為能更了解食品的品質、營養價值等進行履歷查詢的消費者。目前食品履歷雲服務的運行關鍵在於食品企業投入可供揭露的資訊量多寡,因此,本研究旨在探討食品業者導入食品履歷雲服務的現況以及考量因素,以科技接受模型做為主研究架構,以體制理論提出強制壓力、規範壓力以及模仿壓力做為影響使用意圖之外部環境因素,並以雲端服務特性來探討其對於知覺有用性、知覺易用性之影響。本研究採用問卷調查法,以結構方程模式來驗證研究模式內各變數間的關係。研究結果顯示:在外部環境因素中,除了法規壓力之外,各變數對使用意圖皆存有正向影響,其中又以強制壓力中的供應商壓力尤為顯著;在雲端服務特性的部分,則對於知覺有用性皆有顯著的正向影響,而在對於知覺易用性中,以靈活性以及相容性的正向影響較為顯著。根據研究結果,本研究建議未來在推動食品履歷雲服務時可於較大規模之食品企業為先,並由其帶動上下游廠商一同導入,並且,由於多數食品企業並無獨立之資訊部門,因此應在導入過程中,針對食品履歷雲服務之操作介面、功能使用進行使用人員的加強輔導。

Users of food traceability cloud can be divided into two main roles: Food producers and customers who employ traceability researching in order to have better knowledge on food quality, nutrition and so on. So far, the key to employ the cloud of food traceability has been the amount of disclosed Information offered by food field. Therefore, this research is to discuss the condition how food producers take the service of food traceability cloud service into practice and the considering factors. The research take technology acceptance model as the main research model; use institutional theory to propose the force pressure, normative pressure and imitation pressure as the external factor that affect the intention to use ,and utilize the features of cloud computing to explore the effect caused to perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.   This research adopt questionnaire and SEM to prove the relationship of factors within the research model. The research suggests that in the external factors, except for the regulation factor, all the other factors have positive effect on the intention to use. Especially for the supplier pressure subcategorized in force pressure which has the most obvious effect, while in the part of the features of cloud computing, all the factors have positive effects on perceived usefulness. As for perceived ease of use, the positive impacts of flexibility of compatibility are the most obvious. According to the research, it suggests that when promoting food traceability cloud, we can let big-sized food enterprise go first and followed by upstream and downstream firms together. Moreover, because most of food enterprises don’t have individual IT department, in the process of introduction, we need to mentor the employees who operate the user interface of food traceability cloud and its function using.
