摘要


新產品開發是產業的發展基礎,也是公司競爭優勢的來源,因此本研究以手機品牌與手機零組件公司為主要研究對象,並邀請數位在手機品牌廠商與手機零組件產業之高階主管與專家進行問卷訪問,目的在於探討面對手機零組件新產品開發中遇到的挑戰與決策中,所重視及參考之關鍵因素。並期許能藉此研究之發現結果,提供手機零組件廠商在新產品開發中不同構面、目標的參考,並在有限的資源下,為所屬企業做出更好的續效及貢獻。 本研究在手機品牌廠與零組件廠擔任中、高階的管理階層中,有相當實務經驗的管理階層與專家,對於新產品開發成功之關鍵因素作出分析,然後去觀察這些因素權重。期盼能透過手機品牌與手機零組件廠相關管理階層、專家的問卷訪談研究後,瞭解其相關產業為提升新產品開發績效所重視的關鍵因素,並分析出權重,提供給相關產業參考。

NPD (New product development) is the core competitiveness of company as well as the basis of industry development. Data of this research were collected from cell phone branding companies and cell phone parts & components companies. senior management officers and experts are invited for questionnaire interview to explore what would be the focused key factors while facing the challenges and decision-making process for new product development of cell phone parts & components. The management implications of these findings would provide the references in different dimensions, achievement setting in new product development for manufacturing cell phone parts and components companies. As well as,presenting better efficiency and contribution within the limited resources for the companies they belong. Analyzed,observed and weighted multi criteria new product development key success factors from experienced senior management officers and experts who are working at cell phone branding companies and cell phone parts & components companies. The founding of the study would provide proper reference for related industries about key success factors of enhancing new product development efficiency.
