幼兒園教師應用數位照護之介面研究與創作

摘要


隨著雙薪家庭增加,大部分家長將幼兒托護於幼兒園照護,相對於幼兒園的照護品質與服務也將逐漸受到重視,近年來隨著數位健康照護技術的發達,本研究利用資訊平台、軟硬體的結合,延伸傳統的照護方式,有效提升照護人員的效率,成為數位照護應用的未來發展趨勢。   本研究目的旨在探討數位照護保母系統之平板操作介面與流程對於幼兒園老師的操作性和滿意度為何。透過需求調查和文獻探討,進而規劃與創作一款適用於幼兒園場域的數位照護平台,此平台具備巡邏設定、視訊設定、簡訊發送、健康記錄、出席記錄等功能,以台北市30位公私立幼兒園且有使用智慧型觸控螢幕經驗的老師為實驗對象。過程使用情境模擬與任務指示操作數位照護系統,並在實驗後進行「幼兒數位照護系統介面滿意度」問卷調查和訪談,分別以介面使用性評估的學習性(Learnability)、效率性(Efficiency)、主觀滿意度(Satisfaction)三大構面進行分析。經過實驗觀察、記錄及問卷訪談等方式,探討數位照護保母之使用性問題,最後再歸納與統整結論以提供日後相關開發之參考與建議。   本研究結論如下:(1) 數位照護保母系統符合老師對於幼兒照護上的需求,創造數位照護的全新體驗。(2) 介面使用性評估顯示,數位照護保母系統操作流程有助於幼兒園老師照護管理效率上的提升。(3) 考量使用觸控螢幕操作經驗長短的使用族群,設計簡單易懂的操作介面,讓所有使用者都能容易理解及操作。(4) 因應使用者需求的擴增,未來照護系統開發需審慎考量應用之擴充性。

With the increase of double-income family and the children care, the quality of preschool gradually becomes more and more important to parents. With the advance of the technology of health care, this research obviously enlarge the traditional way of care as well as effectively enhance the efficiency of the caregivers by information platform and the combination of hardware and software, thus becoming a trend for future.   The purpose of this research is to probe the operability and satisfaction of the preschool teacher on the user interface and process of e-care system.Through investigation of demands and literature reviews, to plan and to create an e-care platform, which provides monitoring, video, text message, health record and attendance record for preschool. Thirty teachers work in the preschools located in Taipei city with the experience of using tablet are our experimental subjects. Firstly, teachers manipulate the e-care system under the scenario and assigned tasks then conduct the survey of " satisfaction of e-care interface system" which includes learnability, efficiency and satisfaction and the interview. Finally, with the observation of the experiment as well as the survey to probe the usability problem of e-care system, we summarize four conclusions for the references and suggestions of related development in the future.   The research conclusions are as follows(1) E-care system satisfies the demand of preschool teacher and also create a whole new experience on care.(2) The evaluation of usability shows that this system obviously helps enhance the efficiency on care management.(3) Due to the difference on the experience of using the tablet, the system should be designed with an easy-manipulated and easy-to-use interface.(4) Because the demand of the user-requirement, the expandability of application must be considered.
