資訊服務業創業核心能力之研究-以SOHO族為例

摘要

本研究旨在探討資訊服務業SOHO族創業核心能力，本研究藉由訪談法，訪談對象包含設計美工類別、資訊網路類別、網路行銷類別之資訊服務業SOHO族，共計5人。經資料分析後，獲致以下結論：
一、資訊服務業SOHO族創業核心能力目錄架構之主項目有創業態度、創業知識、創業技能等3大類創業能力；次項目則有創業基本能力、創業專業能力、創業管理能力等3項創業核心能力；而細類能力則包含堅持執著、自我要求等25項能力。
二、資訊服務業SOHO族創業核心能力目錄之內涵為創業基本能力、創業專業能力、創業管理能力等3項創業核心能力。
三、資訊服務業SOHO族創業態度為堅持執著、自我要求、想法創新、自律能力、抗壓力高、個人風格、企圖心強、目標設定、理解能力、高度接納他人意見、誠信心態、形塑口碑、工作室互相支援等13種態度。
四、資訊服務業SOHO族創業知識為自我進修、實務經驗、整合能力、分析能力、資金籌措、財務管理、風險規避等7類知識。
五、資訊服務業SOHO族創業技能有設計美工能力、資訊網路能力、網路行銷能力、談判溝通、業務開發等5項技能。

The purpose of this study is to explore the entrepreneurial core competencies in the SOHO families Information Service Industry. This research adopts questionnaires survey to interview the researchers which include the category of art designing, the category of information and network, and a category of internet marketing, for a total of five. Through the data analyses, we can come to the conclusions as following.
1. The first item of the SOHO families of an information service industry contains entrepreneurial attitude, entrepreneurial knowledge, and entrepreneurial skill. The second item of the SOHO families of an information service industry contains entrepreneurial basis competency, entrepreneurial profession competency, and entrepreneurial management competency. The third item of the SOHO families of an information service industry contains adherence to ideals, self-request, and etc., for a total of twenty-five.
2. The signification of the SOHO families of an information service industry contains entrepreneurial basis competency, entrepreneurial profession competency, and entrepreneurial management competency.
3. The attitude of the information service industry's entrepreneurial core competencies are adherence to ideals, self-request, the idea of innovation, the ability of autonomy, the higher compressive resistance, individual style, the stronger of business center, goal hypothesis, understanding ability, admit other's ideas, good faith, creation oral traditions, and work room mutual support.
4. The knowledge of the information service industry's entrepreneurial core competencies are self-further education, practical experience, conformity ability, analysis ability, fund raising, financial control, and risk circumvention.
5. The skill of the information service industry's entrepreneurial core competencies are the ability of art designing, the ability of information and network, the ability of internet marketing, the negotiations communication, and the service development.
