本研究主要目的在探討國際技能競賽選手參賽歷程。主要是以國際技能競賽選手為對象,研究方法採用質化的個案研究法,以訪談方式進行個案資料蒐集,訪談第三十七屆、三十八屆、三十九屆共九位國際技能競賽各職類選手,並依據研究主題將訪談資料整理與分析後,獲得以下結論: 一、我國國際技能競賽的選手,均透過全國技能競賽中得獎產生,但選手認為選拔的過程尚不夠嚴謹 二、選拔選手的相關競賽如能提供明確的工具資訊,可以協助選手作好賽前準備 三、指導老師對選手訓練進度的整體規劃與選手主動練習的態度,是國際技能競賽的選手培訓成敗的關鍵因素之ㄧ 四、選手認為目前國際技能競賽培訓的時間不足,尚未建立長期的培訓制度。 五、國際技能競賽的選手在課業上比其他同學落後 六、壓力常影響選手在國際技能競賽時的臨場表現 七、氣候調適和競賽工作時間分配不當是導致選手競賽作品未能完成,影響比賽成績 八、我國國際技能競賽選手出國競賽在比賽過程時如遭遇困難常得不到及時的協助 九、保送升學的制度方面對於選手升學幫助很大 十、我國國際技能競賽尚未能與業界合作,關係選手就業仍需依賴自己的努力,對選手培訓不力 十一、國際技能競賽能與業界合作,對選手未來就業方面有很大的幫助
The main purpose of this study aims on the Racing Experience of World Skills Competition. In this case study, we use semi-structured interview in order to collect informations. Nine World Skills Competition racers from thirty-seventh, thirty-eighth, and thirty-ninth was picked. The information was analyzed by the main subject. At last, the main conclusions were as the follows: 1. You have to win award of national ability competition, then you can become a racer in the World Skills Competition. 2. The racers of World Skills Competition revealed the process of selection is rough. 3. Specific tool guiding sheets will affect the selection of World Skills Competition. 4. Both adviser’s whole planning and racers’ personal practice are important in the training process of Word Skills Competition. 5. A long-term training system can overcome the lack of racers’ training time. 6. The Word Skills Competition racers’ academic performances is behind the average in school. 7. Pressure is an affected factor for racers in international ability competition. 8. As for racers, temperature and the distribution of working time are the biggest problem in competitions. 9. Our racers can not get any support when going abroad. 10. Entering school without testing system helps the racers a lot. 11. The cooperation of Word skills Competition and enterprises will help a racer to find a future job easily.
