Microcirculation is crucial to maintain the cell function. In this paper, The purpose of this study is for discussing the differences of cutaneous microcirculation between stimulation and no stimulation on acupoint. We used Laser Doppler flowmetry(LDF) to measure the cutaneous microcirculation , as well as the energy index to be the parameters in our study. The measurement system includes tree LDF and one force platform。 We performed four groups of tests at first (A) 20mm-Hg、(B)60mm-Hg、(C)100mm-Hg and (D)160 mm-Hg to stimulation on the Hoku acupoint. To compare the measurement flux between Hoku and other two non-acupoint. Our results revealed that the average LDF Flux signal on the Hoku is latger than that in non-acupoint at Group (B、C、D),with p all smaller than 0.05 by paired-test.
