台灣彩色濾光片產業競爭力指標之探討與建立

摘要

本研究探討台灣專業彩色濾光片產業，有那些因素是提升企業競爭力之關鍵指標?而經由文獻探討及專家之專業素養與豐富經驗找出適當並且相關的衡量項目，先進行相關構面與評估準則之篩選，再應用「分析層級程序法」(Analytical Hierarchy Process，AHP)針對實際參與企業經營決策者之意見及製造業者與客戶(TFT側)兩群體問卷調查，簡化為要素層級系統化，並給予量化後求得各項指標之決策權重值，以排列各要素之間優先順序。
由本研究結果顯示，要提升台灣專業彩色濾光片產業競爭力的各項構面之優先順序前分別為研發設計、事業策略、生產製造、財務經營、人力資源、環境競爭力與產業鏈。而二十七項細項指標中，最為重要權重的前五項分別為客戶導向產品設計能、人才栽培、企業經營策略、關鍵製程能力與產品組合。
本研究的量化指標排序結果與實際於台灣的三家專業CF廠經營績效排序結果相符，而期望能深入分析台灣專業彩色濾光片產業的競爭優勢來源，提升台灣整體專業彩色濾光片產業競爭力，並對國內相關企業提供建議與發展方向，以協助台灣專業CF廠突破逆境向上提升，並與TFT產業共創雙贏。

This research is trying to find out what kind of key to an index, which can strengthen the competitiveness of Color Filter Industry this field in Taiwan. Each an index has been measured by both related discussions of documents and well-experienced experts opinion. The method of (Analytical Hierarchy Process, AHP) hass been taken to do the questionnaire investigation based on the decision makers in the enterprise, manufacturers, and customers(TFT side) to let it be simplified and systemized，when leveling each key factor. And we also do quantitative analysis to assign the weight to the decision values in order to list the priority of each element.
By the results of this study, which can strengthen the competitiveness of Color Filter Industry in Taiwan, is as following: R&D designing, Business Strategy, Manufacturing, Financial Management, Human Resource Environmental Competitiveness, and Industry Chains. The most weight to the former 5 amid 27 elements is as following: strength of the competitiveness for Color Filter Industry this field in Taiwan.Capability of Product Designing for Customer, Employee Training, Business Strategy, Capability of Process and Product Mix.
According to the research, the priority of those indexes has reached a consensus in that of business running performance of these three CF plants in Taiwan. Based on the conclusion, we can do further analysis of the strength of competitiveness for CF industry this field in Taiwan. Hope to help have a major breakthrough in adversity about CF plant in Taiwan and have win-win policy with TFT industry simultaneously.
