台灣液晶顯示器產業競爭力指標之探討與建立

摘要

本文擬探討台灣 TFT-LCD 產業，有那些關鍵因素影響企業競爭能力？該關鍵因素分別之重要程度及順序為何；本研究經由文獻中找到適合而且相關的衡量項目，先藉由專家之專業素養與豐富之經驗，進行相關構面與評估準則之篩選，再依層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)針對客戶與業者群體及實際參與企業經營決策者之意見，將複雜之問題評估系統，簡化為簡明的要素層級系統，予以量化後求得各項指標的決策權重值，以排列各要素間的優先順序。
本研究結果顯示，影響TFT-LCD產業競爭力構面依序排列如下: 事業策略 0.256、技術力 0.210、品牌能力 0.172、財務經營 0.130、人力資源 0.071、環境競爭力 0.061、產業鏈 0.053、生產能力 0.047。而三十二項指標之權重值則依序排列如下：新技術新產品開發能力, 企業各廠與次世代廠規模, 各尺寸產品組合, 企業為客戶主要供應商程度, 技術專利發展程度, 品牌知名度, 產品為非流血競爭領域的情況, 開發替代性原物料/成品的程度, 企業經營策略, 淡旺季獲利能力與受衝擊程度。
本研究期能以深入分析TFT-LCD產業的競爭優勢的來源，發展TFT-LCD的競爭力指標，對國內相關企業提供建議及發展方向，以協助台灣TFT-LCD可以突破未來韓國廠商的領先以及中國廠商的堀起。

This study investigates TFT-LCE enterprise in Taiwan. What critical factors will infect the industry’s competitiveness? And what are the degree of importance and the consequence of the critical factors respectively?
This study has found out the related measurement items from the past document records, and through professional training and experience of the experts to proceed with related construction aspect and the selection of evaluation standard first, then consulted the opinions of the scholars, experts and those who actually involved in enterprise operation according to the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to simplify the complicated problem evaluation system into precise factor level system. After it was quantified to find out each index weights and line up the priority sequence among different factors.
The results of this study indicated that the top ten critical aspects that affected the business competitiveness are: 1) The business strategy, 0.256; 2) The technique, 0.210; 3) Brand capabilities, 0.172; 4) Financial operations, 0.130; 5) Human resources, 0.071; 6) The environment competitiveness, 0.061; 7) The industry chains, 0.053; 8) Production abilities, 0.047. Moreover, the 32 weights values of index are arranging as followings: The develop ability of new techniques and products, each factory and next generation scale, the combination of various sizes, main vendor degree, the develop of technique and patent, brand awareness, non-competition production, the degree of developing substitutions, industry operation strategies, The ability of making profits in peak & low season and the degree of resisting attacks.
The research presented here attempts to analyze the sources of advantage competition of TFT-LCE industry, develops the index competitiveness of TFT-LCD and provides suggestions and developing orientations to domestic related industries in order to assist TFT-LCD properties in Taiwan achieving Korea factories as a leader and prevent China to rise abruptly.
