利用遺傳規劃在TWD97與TWD67二度TM坐標轉換之研究

摘要


目前國內座標系統採用TWD67與TWD97兩種,伴隨國土地理資訊系統發展,政府提供各種類型數值圖資供民間使用,不同座標系統的數值圖間的座標整合,成為一個能否順利使用這些數值圖資的重要工作。 由於TWD67與TWD97 兩種座標系統採用不同的測量方式,造成座標轉換不僅只於幾何變化,還包含人為觀測誤差。本文提出以遺傳規劃法利用遺傳演化中的適應性演算機制來進行兩種座標轉換方式,提供一組適合台灣地區座標轉換的公式,進行不同座標系統數值圖的平面座標轉換,來幫助TWD67與TWD97兩種座標系統的數值圖資整合應用。

The datum TWD67 and datum TWD97 are both currently used as coordinate systems in Taiwan. With the National Geographic Information System being developed and established, the government is providing different kinds of digital maps to the public. The integration of the two datum coordinate systems becomes a very important task for smoothly using the digital maps. Because measurement methods adopted by the datum TWD67 and datum TWD97 are different, the transformation of the coordinates involves not only geometry but also human errors from measuring. This research paper proposes genetic planning to conduct coordinate transformation, in which an algorithm of adaptive evolution is used. This provides a set of transformation formula which utilize digital maps between two different planar coordinates in Taiwan. This helps the integration and applications of digital maps in the datum TWD67 and datum TWD97.
