以MBR 程序處理纖維酒精製程廢水之模擬

摘要


本論文利用某食品廠廢水處理中篩選優勢菌種Enterobacter sp.作為處理 A 研究所所纖維酒精製程廢液之數據做為模擬的依據,實驗之單位時間化學 需氧量( chemical oxygen demand;COD )降解曲線,主要的菌種Enterobacter sp. 生長率,以數值模擬活性污泥槽處理廢水,後串聯沉浸式薄膜微過濾與超過 濾程序處理模擬最佳化之處理,以期達到環保法規COD 之放流標準,為了有 效去除廢液中COD,透過控制pH 值為7、溫度37 ℃、污泥停留時間( solids retention time;SRT ) 960 小時、水力停留時間( Hydraulic retention time;HRT ) 26 小時,食微比0.6 來模擬曝氣槽內生物生長曲線及基質降解曲線,以沉浸 式中空纖維橫流式PVDF 薄膜生物反應器( membrane bioreactor;MBR )薄膜 阻抗為0.21,模擬250 天後及1000 天後的變化率找出最佳薄膜操作效率86 % 。並廣集商用MBR 模組操作參數,設計及建置成本、換膜成本、與模擬 最佳化操作條件,利用Taylor 展開式求Lotka-Volterra 方程組來評估MBR 程 序建置所需操作成本及最佳操作參數。

The objective of this study is to screen dominant species of Enterobacter sp. from the wastewater treatment of a food factory and to process the manufactured wastewater of cellulosic ethanol from research institute. The numerical simulation of the welding process is applied to simulate the degradation curve of chemical oxygen demand ( COD ) in wastewater of activated sludge flask and the growth curve of Enterobacter sp.,and to filtrate the solution by using the micro-filtrating or ultra-filtrating membrane with submerged filtration to achieve the optimal processing parameters for the COD effluent standard in environmental regulation. In order to effectively eliminate the COD in wastewater,simulate the biological growth curve and matrix COD degradation curve in aeration tank,the pH value should be controlled at 7,temperature: 37 ℃,solids retention time ( SRT ): 960 hours,and hydraulic retention time ( HRT ): 26 hours. Finally, Combine submerged hollow fiber membrane bioreactor ( MBR ) to simulate the degradation rate of COD after 250 days and 1000days,to obtain the best optimal parameters. This study also surveys commercial MBR for reference operating parameters, designing implementation and replacement costs,and use them to simulat the operating conditions , and evaluate the operating costs of constructing MBR by Taylor Lotka-Volterra equations.
