商業模式對社會企業經營績效之影響

摘要

過去支持非營利組織營運的資金來源大多是仰賴捐贈及政府支援，但近年來社福補助款日益縮編、民間捐款日漸短缺，使非營利組織難以維持運作。而後，社會企業創新的概念興起，其兼具商業與社會價值之特性，並能自給自足的營運模式，轉化了非營利組織的思維，並開創出一條經營之路，使其可邁向永續發展並利於組織擴張。
本研究旨在探究社會企業的商業模式，以作為非營利組織轉型社會企業之借鏡，透過立意取樣法選擇「鑽的有限公司」及「多扶事業有限公司」為研究樣本，佐以個案分析方式拆解兩家社會企業，配合質化研究方法及深度訪談法等，試圖理解其商業模式與探討經營績效之現況。研究結論發現作為研究樣本的此兩家社會企業的組織共通點是，在社會和商業價值間，取得平衡的嚴謹過程，他們積極分享願景，詳細設計資源運用計畫，並建立堅固的社會價值網絡。

In the past, most of non-profit organizations' operating funds came from government's support. In recent years, the social welfare has been gradually decreasing. Meanwhile, the donation, which is contributed by citizens, is also in the shortage. Thus, it is more and more difficult for non-profit organizations to maintain operation. Then, the concept of Social Enterprise’s innovation has been newly emerged.The characteristics of commercial and social value and the self-sufficient business models transform the content of non-profit organizations and create a new approach for sustainable operation.
In this paper, we investigate the business models of social enterprise and provide a good reference for the transformation of non-profit organizations. We choose the Diamond cab and Doufu enterprise as the research sample. Then, we adopt case analysis in order to understand their operation. Furthermore, we examined the status of the business models and operating performance. We found that both companies had achieved a balance between the Society and business Value. They actively shared the visions, used resources strictly, and at last they built a very stable social value network.
