本研究之目的在探討臨床護理師自我效能與情緒勞務之相關性,以南部某醫學中心臨床護理師為研究對象,採橫斷式調查法,以方便取樣。共發出問卷1087份,回收1007份,回收率:92.6%,有效問卷974份。研究工具包括:(1)個人基本資料;(2)自我效能量表;(3)情緒勞務負擔量表。所得資料以SPSS19版進行描述性統計與推論性統計,以t-test檢定、單因子變異數分析(One-Way ANOVA)、皮爾森積差相關(Pearson’s correlation)進行統計分析。結果顯示:(1)自我效能平均總得分為60.62分(總分80分,得分範圍20至80分)屬中偏高程度。(2)情緒勞務平均總得分為100.14分(總分125分,得分範圍25至125分)屬偏高程度。(3)自我效能與年齡、臨床工作總年資呈正相關,與教育程度、宗教信仰、婚姻狀況、有無子女及護理層級呈顯著差異。(4)情緒勞務與年齡、臨床工作總年資呈正相關,與教育程度、宗教信仰、婚姻狀況、有無子女、服務科別及護理層級呈顯著差異。(5)自我效能與情緒勞務呈正相關(r =.334, P=.000)。 本研究結果可提供發展護理人員甄選、人力調派及在職教育規劃策略,以提升護理品質之參考。
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between emotional labor and self-efficacy among clinical nurses. A cross-sectional, convenient sampling was employed to recruit 1087 clinical nurses from a medical center in Southern Taiwan. A total of 1007 valid responses were rceived, with a response rate of 92.6%. The questionnaires include three parts: (1) personal information;(2) self-efficacy scale, and (3) emotional labor scale. Data were analyzed using SPSS for Windows 19.0. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient were used. The results indicated as follows: (1) the average score of self-efficacy is 60.62 (scoring range from 20 to 80 points), suggesting a medium to high level of self-efficacy, (2) the average score of emotional labor is 100.14 (scoring range from 25 to 125 points), suggesting a high level of emotional labor, (3) self-efficacy was statistically positively correlated with age, working years and was significant differences existed among educational level, religion, marriage, with children or not, and professional level, (4) emotional labor was statistically positively correlated with age, working years and was significant differences existed among educational level, religion, marriage, with children or not, working unit and professional level, (5)self-efficacy was statistically positively correlated with emotional labor (r =.334, P=.000). The results provide the necessary information to not only formulate nurse recruit, manpower deveopment, in-service educational programs but also elevate the quality of nursing care.
