With the booming development of cultural and creative industry, it is clear that consumers in Taiwan are moving toward experienced life style, which is based on culture and aesthetics. Further, the development of cultural and creative industry also creates more job opportunities and boosts economic output. This research therefore discussed the key successful factors of the movie industry in Taiwan with Porter’s diamond model as theoretical basis to create structure of the second layer, followed by the third layer through expert interviews. At the same time, questionnaire survey was conducted among post-production crews in the movie industry, to systematically gather data, determine the trend of Taiwan’s movie industry, search for key successful factors from expert interviews and clarify the order of weights for these factors from AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). Comprehensively, this research proposes three research propositions based on literature review, expert interview and verification of AHP: (1) Actively cultivate professionals, to improve the content of movies, (2) build a successful model for movie industry, to elevate international competency, and (3) improve supply chain management to boost up product from Taiwan’s movie industry.
