隨著時代與整體大環境的快速變化,企業面臨前所未有的壓力與挑戰,為求生存和發展,許多企業積極尋求提升自身能力與競爭優勢的途徑,以因應全球化時代的來臨。在經濟全球化的衝擊下,企業必須加快本身國際化之腳步,才能與世界各大企業競爭,如何有效的擴張海外據點,以全球市場來維持企業競爭力和增加組織績效,以企業文化觀點選擇適合的國際化模式是企業國際化的成功關鍵因素。 本研究以企業國際化構面為自變數,以組織績效為依變數,企業文化為干擾變數,探討三者變數之間的關係,經運用迴歸分析及變異數分析等統計方法進行資料分析後,獲致研究結論如次:1.企業國際化對組織績效有顯著正向影響。2.企業文化對企業國際化有顯著正向影響。3.企業文化對組織績效有顯著正向影響。4.企業文化對企業國際化對組織績效影響具有顯著干擾效果。 本研究方法主要採量化之問卷調查法進行,以高雄楠梓加工出口區的企業員工為抽樣調查對象,共發出300份問卷,回收276份,有效問卷213,問卷回收率為71%。 關鍵詞:國際化,海外直接投資,組織績效,企業文化
With the rapid change of internationalization and its diversification, enterprises encounter huge pressure and challenge to survive and develop. It is important to enhance corporate competitiveness, especially in nowadays global village. Under the impact of economic globalization, the enterprises have to speed up internationalization to compete with the various corporate worldwide. Specifically, it is remarkable significant to effectively expand overseas bases, maintain the competitiveness of enterprises within global markets and increase organizational performance, by selecting the applicable corporate culture with regard to international entry model. This study explores the relationship among 3 variables: an enterprise internationalization facet as independent variables, organizational performance as the dependent variables and the corporate culture as moderator variables. The data collected were analyzed by methods of Regression and analysis of Variance. 1.Enterprises internationalization has a significant positive impact on organizational performance. 2.Corporate culture has a significant positive impact on corporate internationalization. 3.Corporate culture has a significant positive impact on organizational performance. 4.Corporate culture to enterprise internationalization has a significant impact on organization performance interference effect. The research applied questionnaire survey to 300 employees of Nanzih Kaohsiung Export Processing Zone. Among 276 questionnaires returned, 213 were valid and the response rate was 71%.
