近年來軟體產業為了提升產品品質與生產效率,紛紛導入由美國卡內基美隆大學所制定的能力成熟度整合模式(Capability Maturity Model Integration, CMMI)來改善其組織的流程管理;此外,知識管理的推行更是協助企業提高競爭優勢的必備工作。本研究提出一符合CMMI Level 2 之專案監控機制,並採用網路服務(Web Services)架構開發本研究之專案監控系統,以提供專案經理(Project Manager)能藉此一專案監控機制來規劃完整且正確的計畫執行方向與時程,並且對專案做即時的矯正措施,以降低專案失敗發生的可能性;此外本研究利用知識本體(Ontology)表達領域知識並結合知識管理概念建構CMMI知識管理系統(CMMI Knowledge Management System, CKMS),透過CKMS分析專案監控所產生之紀錄及資料,進而進行知識管理並萃取出重要知識,提升專案採取矯正措施之效能,使專案管理者能規劃完整且正確的計畫執行方向,並且即時對專案採取有效之矯正措施,以確保專案完成之可行性。
In recent years, owing to the rapid development in Technology Industry, especially in the Software Industry, many enterprises have been gradually utilized the Capability Maturity Model-Integration (CMMI) to promote the quality of the software and processes. Therefore, knowledge management is important to elevate competitiveness of enterprises. This thesis proposes a Web Service structure of project monitoring and control (PMC) to provide ready inferential results for the project manager before the project’s performance deviates significantly from the project plan. Besides, we use ontology to present domain knowledge and combine the concepts of knowledge management to construct the CMMI Knowledge Management System (CKMS). CKMS manages knowledge and retrievals significant knowledge by analyzing result records and data of CMMI PMC. And then we promote the efficiency of taking corrective actions, which makes the project manager correctly plan project and take effective corrective actions to make sure the feasibility of finishing the project.
