本研究旨在探討並了解口譯學習者個人知識管理的現況,和口譯學習者個人知識管理實踐程度與其口譯表現是否存在顯著相關。 為達研究目的,本研究透過文獻分析、問卷調查和深入訪談之方式,收集並分析資料。文獻分析包含個人知識管理相關研究和口譯表現相關研究,因口譯學習者個人知識管理相關研究鮮少,故採以教師個人知識管理作為口譯學習者個人知識管理系統建構之依據;問卷調查法主要以長榮大學翻譯研究所的學生為對象,以自編之「口譯學習者個人知識管理與其口譯表現之關係研究-以長榮大學為例問卷」,和兩則口譯測試作為研究工具,調查結果以SPSS Statistics 17.0 版本進 行分析。依據量化分析結果,本研究共計有三項結論: 一、 口譯學習者個人知識管理實踐程度為中等以上。 二、 不同背景變項中受試者個人知識管理實踐程度和口譯表現皆有 部分顯著差異。 三、 口譯學習者個人知識管理之知識利用層面與口譯表現之通順度 呈現正面相關。
This study aims to discuss the personal knowledge management(PKM) for interpretation learners and to find out the correlation of PKM implementation and the interpretation performance. Literature review, questionnaire survey and in-depth interview are utilized to collect and analyze the data. The relevant studies on PKM and interpretation performance are discussed in literature review. Due to few relevant studies on PKM by interpretation learners, the structure for teachers’ PKM is used as a base to set up system of PKM for that of interpretation learners. Graduate students in the Department of Translation and Interpretation Studies were asked to take the pre-test, post-test and questionnaire survey. The research results were analyzed by SPSSs statistics version 17.0. According to the results, three conclusions are found in this study: A. The moderate level of PKM implementation for interpretation learners; B. Partial significant difference in the level of PKM implementation and interpretation performance by subjects with different background variables;and C. Significant relation for the phase of utilization for PKM and intelligibility.
