中小企業導入知識管理之關鍵成功因素研究-以南部中小企業為例

摘要


21世紀是知識經濟時代,知識將取代機器設備、資金、原料或勞工,成為組織經營最重要的生產要素,因此企業內部的知識資產與組織知識管理能力將成為企業核心競爭力之所在,也是台灣中小企業必須正視的課題。本研究旨針對在對國內中小企業導入知識管理時,填選出關鍵成功因素,使業者易於掌握這些關鍵成功因素以達事半功倍之效益。 依據國內外專家學者的立論及相關文獻探討,本研究採用包含「組織文化」、「組織策略」、「資訊科技」、「作業流程」、「成效評估」,彙總出導入知識管理的30個重要變數,以此做為問卷設計的主要內容。根據文獻蒐集結果,成功因素包含「組織鼓勵學習、分享與創新知識」、「全員參與且具高度信任關係」、「組織全員有一致且正確的共識」、「建立社群以促進知識分享」等。而重要性前六項排序分別為「高階主管的參與和支持」權重值為0.09075、「組織全員有一致且正確的共識」權重值為0.087576、「組織鼓勵學習、分享與創新知識」權重值為0.081168、「全員參與且具高度信任關係」權重值為0.079032、「高階主管的領導與推動變革能力」權重值0.040172、「充分的資訊科技發展規劃與經費」權重值0.039897,此六項占整體權重41.9%。 研究結果希望能提供給中小企業的經營者在資源有限之前提下,做最有效的資源配置,以增大導入知識管理的可行性。

The 21st century is an era of knowledge-economy. Knowledge has replaced machine, capital, material, and labor becomes the most important element of management in organization. Therefore, the internal knowledge property and organizational knowledge management capability will become the core competency of enterprise; it will also be the issue that Small & Medium Enterprises have to square up to in Taiwan. The objective of this research is mainly aimed at the Small & Medium Enterprises with KSF which can more easily to achieve and control the result with half effort. It’s all based on the KSF. This research gathering 30 critical variables of Implementing Knowledge Management based on the theoretical foundation and related research finding from professional scholars’ for each item in the questionnaire. It includes “Organization culture”, “Organization strategy”, “IT technology”, “The flow path of KM”, and “Performance measurement”. According to the result of AHP analysis, the 6 critical KSFs in order are “Higher manager's support and participation”, “Members have the same and correctly common view”, “Organization encourage to learn, share and innovative”, ” All members have high trust relationship”, “Leadership and ability to promote change of the management”, and “Organization have well IT development plan and funds”.   Finally, the anticipated contribution of this research is going to provide the best way to do the most effective resource allocation and investment to increases the successful possibility of Implementing KM when the resource is limited.
