職業運動員對組織承諾與生涯規劃之研究-以中華職業棒球選手為例

摘要


本研究主要探討我國職業運動員對於組織承諾與未來生涯規劃之現況與關係。研究以自編量表為研究工具,分為「職業運動組織承諾量表」、「職業棒球選手生涯規劃問卷」及「個人基本資料」等三部份,作為研究工具。以中華職業棒球四個球團組織,每隊30人,共計發出研究問卷120份。所得資料採用描述性統計、獨立樣本 t 考驗、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析及皮爾遜積差相關。研究結果發現:一、我國棒球職業運動員己婚者居多數,大都具備專科大學學歷以上,主要年齡層分佈在25-35歲,職棒年資則大部份為7年以內,以外野手佔最多數,且大部份的成員均月薪在7-15萬。二、棒球職業運動員對球團經營公司組織的認同度偏低,且認同度最高層面為「組織認同」三、棒球職業運動員對未來生涯規劃尚可接受,認同度最高為「期望與實踐」,其次為「外在支持度」,最低為「自信與控制」。四、不同背景屬性的棒球職業運動員,在組織承諾和生涯規劃有差異存在。五、職業運動員對組織承諾和生涯規劃上,有負相關存在。最後,本研究提出建議職業運動經營組織、職業運動員及政府主管機關,能多關注職業選手未來發展之願景,以及未來研究的方向。

This research investigates the relations between the organization commitments and future career planning and the situations. This research was referred by self-bade scale and divides it into three parts, Professional Sports Organization Commitment Questionnaire, Career Planning Questionnaire of Professional Baseball player and the Personal files to be the topic. The objects aimed the four teams in CPBL, thirty players in each team, one hundred and twenty questionnaires in total and analyzed the results by Descriptive Statistics, Independent Sample T Test (ISTT), Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient (Pearson’s). The result says : 1. Most of players are married, graduated from colleges, the average ages between 25-35, years in CPBL under 7 years and most of them are out fielders, the last one is most of the players get seventy to one hundred and fifty thousand dollars for average salary per month. 2. The professional players get lower identity to the sponsors and higher identity to their organizations. 3. The professional players could accept their future career planning in normal, the highest identity would be expectation and achievement, then the outside supporting, and the last one would be confidence and control. 4. The professional players who have different background make the divergences between the organization and career planning. 5. There is a negative correlation of players’ organization commitment and career planning. Last, the research provides some suggestions to the professional sport operating organization, profession sport players and government agencies to pay more attention on the development of research and the way of research in the future.
