近幾年由於快速的全球化以及市場的激烈競爭,以創意經濟基礎的文化創意產業已悄然成為最熱門的產業之一,2010年是台灣文化創意產業的重要里程碑,《文化創意產業發展法》於2010立法通過,包含其配套措施皆同步實施,代表我國已將文化創意產業視為下一波發展重點的決心。而綜觀近年來文化創意產業之相關研究雖多,但在對於文化創意產業之經營面仍尚未具有一完整之架構。本研究將透過驗證性之個案研究法以印證文化創意產業服務營運管理模組,透過實地參與觀察文化創意產業之運作以及進行專家訪談,蒐集資料後與文化創意產業服務營運管理模組相互探討,探討的模組包含顧客與供應商關係、服務系統建構、服務系統營運與績效、策略變革管理、相關工具與技術等五個模塊。研究結果發現各文創產業於其整體營運架構之上擁有各自之核心價值,並證實文化創意產業於實務上之營運與本模組具有高度相關,實務運作執行之內容皆包含於文化創意產業服務營運管理模組,顯示文化創意產業服務營運管理模組可提供文化創意產業相關業者為重要參考依據。
Recent years, because of the globalization and the fierce competition in global market, The Cultural and Creative Industries base on creative economy had become one of the most popular industries .2010 for the Taiwan`s Cultural and Creative Industries is an important milestone, “Law for the Development of the Cultural and Creative Industries” adopted by the Legislative. It means the determination that Taiwan will development the Cultural and Creative Industries. And the related literature of Cultural and Creative Industries management is rare. So this study will use the case study and interview method to collect data to verify the Service Operations Management Modules for Cultural and Creative Industries, include the Customer and Supplier Relationships, Building the Service System, Operating the Service System and Performance Management, Managing Strategic Change, Tools and Techniques for Managing Service Operations five modules. And the study result shows the Service Operations Management Modules for Cultural and Creative Industries and the data that collect by case study and interview method is highly relevant. It means the Service Operations Management Modules for Cultural and Creative Industries can be an important basis for the related businesses .
