新型倒立機之機構設計

摘要


現代人愛玩平板電腦、智慧型手機等3C產品,常長時間維持不良姿勢,成為所謂低頭族,其可能讓脊椎側彎狀況加重,若未積極治療,除可能腰痠背痛、影響外觀、形成骨刺,更會壓迫心肺臟器,造成易喘、呼吸不順。 倒立機是一種藉由拉直我們的脊椎及促進血液循環的一種健身器材。然而現有市售機構型倒立機,並無穩定的操作方法。因此,本研究嘗試以單人操作,並具簡單、乘座方便,且能適用於各種年齡層之使用者為目標設計,將現有之倒立機加以改良。最後本研究嘗試以齒輪五連桿為主要機構,進行新型倒立椅之機構設計,並以四連桿為對照,說明齒輪五連桿藉由獨特之互補性來達成省力的目的,希望能夠發展出一款高穩定性與便利性,兼具有復健功能之倒立機。

Modern people spend plenty time on 3c product such as pads and smart phones causing poor posture which could lead to Scoliosis. If we don’t treat it appropriately, it may cause backache, bad shape, bone spur and furthermore, oppression of heart and liver which probably would cause Dyspnoea. Inversion table is a fitness equipment that could stretch our spine and improve our blood circulation. However, most of the existing commercial inversion tables don’t operate in a good and steady way. Therefore, this paper attempts to reform existing inversion tables with the target of single operation and easy to ride so that they could fit with variety age of users. At the end, we focus on the gear five-bar mechanism as the main concept of design and compare with four-bar mechanism, explaining the significant effort of saving force due to the complementariness of gear five-bar mechanism. Our goal is to develop a steady, convenient inversion table with the effect of rehabilitation.
