影響中小企業創業成功關鍵因素探討-FAHP之應用

A Study on Key Successful Factors of SME - FAHP Approach

摘要


本研究以全球創業觀察(GEM)和創業動態研究調查(PSED)中對創業階段的定義彙整為衡量構面,分別為:「A創業概念期:產生創業概念」、「B創業籌設期:設立新公司」及「C創業新設期:設立新公司後創造穩定收益」,之後再透過文獻探討和專家意見歸納出19項創業成功關鍵因素,最後以模糊層級分析法(FAHP)做為分析方法,探討創業成功關鍵因素的各項權重。 研究結果發現:3項衡量構面中A創業概念期(60.3%)遠大於B創業籌設期(25.6%)和C創業新設期(14.1%),19項創業成功因素的串聯排名又以A1創業動機與理念(29.1%)、A2產品概念之新穎性(9.8%)、A3產品概念之市場性(10.7%)、A4目標市場評估能力(6.9%)、B1創業團隊之選擇能力(10.3%)、B3內外部資源之協調能力(4.8%)、B4產品設計與製造能力(4.4%)和C1產品製造與品質保證能力(4.38%)等8項已達權重80.4%。 研究建議創業者在創業不易的經濟環境中,可運用本研究成果於資金投入較低的創業早期階段就能評估創業現況,以降低創業風險和提升創業決策品質。

In this study, the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) and the Panel Study of Entrepreneurial Dynamics (PSED) in the definition of the start-up stage aggregated to measure dimensions, namely: "A Entrepreneurship Conception period: generating business concept", "B Entrepreneurship Company Setup period: the establishment of a new company " and "C Entrepreneurship Stable Income period: the establishment of a new company to create a stable income, ". Summed up 19 key successful factors of SME through literature review and expert opinion. Finally ,the analysis method for the key successful factors and weights by FAHP approach. Study results showed that: three measurable dimensions of A Entrepreneurship Conception period (60.3%) is much greater than B B Entrepreneurship Company Setup period (25.6%) and C Entrepreneurship Stable Income period (14.1%). There are 8 factors reaching 80.4% weight ,and they are:A1 entrepreneurial motivation and ideas(29.1%), A2 products concept of novelty (9.8%), A3 Product concept of marketability (10.7%), A4 Target Market assessment capacity (6.9%), B1 build entrepreneurial team(10.3% ), B3 coordination of external resources (4.8%), B4 product design and manufacturing capabilities (4.4%) and C1 product manufacturing and quality assurance capabilities (4.38%). Studies suggest that entrepreneurs in the difficult economic environment, you can use this research in the early stages of a lower capital investment venture will be able to assess the status of entrepreneurship, to reduce business risk and enhance the entrepreneurial decision-making quality.
