影響決策者下達決策的因素甚多,決策者本身的人格特質及價值觀對其決策之結果具有一定的影響力。而本研究係以決策者的決策態度此影響因素為著眼點。且過去有關決策者的決策態度對於其決策行為之影響的研究大都是屬於定性的探討。因此,本研究才想透過量化的方式來衡量決策者的決策態度間的差異。 本研究以模糊理論中的一般化平均運算子為量化模式之基礎,以績效評估態度為例建構一個決策態度量化的方法。決策者在面對不同的決策情境下,會有著不同的決策態度,而本研究是以模擬教師績效評估的案例,想藉此瞭解決策者面對績效評估時所採的決策態度為何?最後,利用模擬的評估案例來取得受測者的決策資訊,進而將數據分析及說明本研究所提出之決策態度量化模式。
The purpose of this study is to explore the attitude’s factors that influence the behavior of decision-making. Because the decision maker personality and value are important influential factors of decision-making’s behavior. Whereas previous investigators have identified the qualitative research of decision-making’s attitude. The aim of this thesis is to present a procedure for quantitative model of decision attitude base on generalized means operator. In this thesis, we define a new decision-making attitude index based on the decision maker’s optimistic or pessimistic attitude. And then, we propose a procedural framework to determine the decision-making attitude value of the decision maker. Finally, we simulate the decision scenarios of teacher’s performance appraisal to highlight the procedure of the proposed method at the end of this thesis.
