本研究主要是著重於供應鏈中單一買方、單一賣方系統存貨模式的最佳化。在有限的規劃週期及需求隨時間變動的情況下,發展損耗性商品的存貨模式,並尋求最佳的訂購週期與最佳的折扣價格,使買賣雙方聯合總成本最小。假設損耗率為庫存量的固定比率及不允許缺貨,賣方可以無限供應以滿足買方的需求且無前置時間,並假設補貨週期及訂購數量隨週期不同而變動。在存貨模式分析中,考量買賣雙方的協商因素,並利用Chakravarty 和 Martin(1988)發展的聯合成本節省值分享架構,尋求最佳的訂購週期與最佳的折扣價格,使買賣雙方聯合總成本最小。最後,使用數值範例加以說明,並比較不同的分享值,對買賣雙方系統相關成本的影響。
In this study, we focus improvement inventory models on two member’s simple buyer-seller system in supply chain. An inventory model is developed for a time-varying demand deteriorating inventory to determine the optimal order interval and discount price so that the joint total cost is minimized during a finite planning horizon. The rate of deterioration is assumed to be a constant fraction of the on-hand inventory and no shortage is allowed. The seller has an infinite supply to satisfy the need of the buyer without lead time. The replenishment interval and lot size are assumed to vary from cycle to cycle. Our analysis consider negotiation factor between the seller and the buyer and utilized a joint saving-sharing scheme developed by Chakravarty and Martin(1988) to derive both the optimal discount price and the optimal order interval so that minimize the joint total cost of the seller and the buyer. The models are illustrated with numerical examples and compared the influence of different sharing values on related cost of buyer-seller system.
