空間生成之數位設計實驗-以複合式小住宅為例

摘要


本研究希望突破過去紙上泡泡圖的設計操作方法,利用電腦動態模擬功能中的引力作用,以人與電腦共同創作的數位設計方式,將過去2D的機能研擬提升為3D的立體研擬。研究中首先透過文獻回顧過去傳統泡泡圖和現在電腦加入後的參數式建築、衍生式專家系統、設計模擬與分析等,歸納出電腦輔助設計的趨勢與方向。其次,透過動畫軟體(Maya)的各種操作實驗,了解此軟體的限制與操作方式。實驗中以動態的引力作用做為三度空間連結的媒介,使其產生3D機能組構雛形。其中,機能參數由使用者問卷調查獲得,並作為動態模擬的依據。研究後期以設計實驗為主,將Maya軟體產出之3D機能組構雛型發展為物理性建築空間。經歷四次設計實驗後,達到最佳人與電腦共同創作之目標。主要研究方法為問卷調查、Maya引力模擬、設計實驗與檢討、實體模型檢測、室內空間模擬等。主要研究成果為:1.人與電腦共同創作之設計操作機制 2.人與電腦共構之空間生成法則:1)機能法則2)基地法則3)結構系統與構築法則4)空間法則。

This study seeks to go beyond the conventional design operational methods of bubble diagrams on paper by using gravitation effects of computerized dynamic simulation, which involves both human and computer in order to enhance the functional study from 2D into 3D and furthermore to create a new and different space. The study first conducts a literature review to analyze the traditional bubble diagrams in the past and the Parametric Intelligence of Design, Generative Design System, Design Simulation in the present to find out the developing trends of CAAD. Moreover, various experiments of animation software Maya are fulfilled to understand its limitations and operational mechanisms. During the test processes dynamic gravitation effects are used as the media of three-dimensional connection for creating a 3D functional prototype. The needed functional parameters used to create the mentioned 3D prototype are collected from user questionnaires, which serve as a foundational basis of the dynamic simulation. The second part of this study focuses on design experiments, to develop the mentioned 3D functional prototype into a physical architectural space. After four design experiments, the optimal objective for the interrelated spatial creation of human and computer has been achieved. Methods used in this study are user questionnaires, Maya gravitational simulation, design experiments and evaluations, physical model tests and interior space simulation. Main results of this study are: 1. Design mechanisms for the interrelated spatial creation of human and computer, 2. Spatial creating principles of human and computer interrelated spatial creation, such as: 1) functional principles, 2) site principles, 3) structural and constructional principles 4) spatial principles.
