摘要

本研究透過研究一的質化分析與研究二的量化分析，試圖找出工作安全角色的種類、內涵與概念，透過群集分析或是因素分析的研究結果，均可發現工作安全角色大致上仍可區分成三大類型十八個角色：第一類型為『領導與溝通』：包含安全訓練、安全指導、安全監督、安全輔導、安全溝通、安全問題處理外等六個角色。第二類為『控制與執行』，包含安全計劃監控、安全政策執行角色、安全環境營造等三個角色。第三類『規劃與分配』，包含資訊傳播角色、資源分配角色、工安人資角色、協助角色、評鑑角色、活動推展角色、策略角色、幕僚角色、預防工安意外等九個角色。另外，在『角色重要性』分析上，現場管理人員、勞工安人員及中高階主管均將『安全訓練角色』視為第一重要角色(M=6.83、6.72、6.88)，其次分別為『安全領導角色』、『預防工安意外角色』、『安全監督角色』，這些角色重要性平均皆達6以上，可見管理者在安全管理上，仍將員工的安全訓練列為優先，且也希望透過訓練達到預防工安意外，而身為管理者也同樣站在監督的位置，因此對『安全監督』的角色也十分重視，『安全政策執行』、『安全計劃監控』、『安全溝通』、『安全輔導』也共同為現場管理人員、勞工安人員及中高階主管三者視為前十大重要的角色。

The purpose of this study is the exploratory research of safety roles of labors. Researcher attempts to find out the variety and concept of safety roles. Safety roles are classified according to importance by Cluster and Factor analysis. The study results show that three categories of safety roles, including “Leading and Communication” and “Control and Execution” and “Plan and Distribution”. In addition, the research results indicated “the safety training role”(M=6.83、6.72、6.88) was regarded as the most important role by first-line managers、occupational safety managers、middle and top managers and the average importance of “the safety role of leading” and ” the safety role of prevent accident” and ” the safety role of supervision” are reaching above equally 6. Obviously, the managers regarded training as the most important role in the field of occupational safety and health. They also hoped training can prevention labors from accident. Besides, “the safety role of monitoring” is very important for the managers and “the safety role of policy execution”, “the safety role of monitoring”, “the safety role of communication” and “the safety role of counseling” are also viewed as top ten roles by first-line managers、occupational safety managers、middle and top managers.
