組裝業生產系統品檢設置問題之研究 —以手機按鍵製造為例

摘要


在顧客高品質要求下,提供良好產品給顧客是一項重要的工作,而適當的供應商選擇及較佳之檢驗站配置對於生產系統而言也是必要的,其對企業獲利是相當有助益的。本研究探討組裝零組件業不同品質水準供應商選擇及生產系統檢驗站設置問題,其中包含選擇合適供應商及探討串連式與非串連式合流生產系統。每個工作站之後皆有可能設置檢驗站,檢驗站考慮兩種檢驗誤差:型一誤差與型二誤差,在檢驗水準上採用全檢或不檢兩種,更考慮了組裝零組業中實際生產狀況,允許在不同生產階段從事不同之檢驗,包含採用組裝製程中常用人力檢驗及檢驗設備功能測試兩種檢驗特性。生產製程中對瑕疵品的處理可分為不良品置換、重工及報廢,重工可依其不良發生原因回至該加工站進行。 為探討以上議題,本研究以一個有系統的分析方法來解決問題。首先依合適供應商選擇及檢驗站設置之整合問題,在既定生產條件之下,以客戶品質需求及高利潤之訴求建構數學模式。再以手機按鍵組裝為實際案例,利用個案公司之實際生產資料,深入探討各相關因子對於檢驗站設置與供應商選擇之決策影響,找出一個合適的檢驗站配置與供料選擇方案。相信本研究之成果,可以提供在組裝業檢驗站設置議題上生產策略之參考。

Due to the quality requirement from customers, it is essential for providing high quality products to the market. Meanwhile, a suitable integration between supplier selection and inspection allocation is necessary in the production system, which is very helpful to the profit of company. The study explores the selection of suppliers with different quality levels and the allocation of inspection for component assembly, which involves serial productions and non-serial production systems with convergent. In this study, after each workstation in the production system, an inspection can be allocated; two types of error are included: Type I and Type II: and inspection can be either none or full. Furthermore, we consider practical production situation in assembly field and allow different inspections in different production phases. It includes various inspections, such as inspection by manpower and function test by automatic inspection machines. The possibilities for the treatment of detected nonconforming units are replacement, rework and scrap. The rework part can return to the related station where the quality issue is raised. In order to resolve the issues discussed in the above, this study proposes a systematic approach. A mathematics model is developed for the integrated problem between supplier selection and inspection allocation with the consideration of high quality requirement for customers and the optimal profit. In addition, this research uses the keypad assembly of mobile phone as an example to study whether the related factors affect the decision of supplier selection and inspection allocation. We believe that the result of this study can serve as a reference for the decision making of production strategy for the supplier selection and inspection allocation in the assembly industry.
