This study is major on the experimenting of teacher’s professional development evaluation in Tai-Chung City, which includes the benefits, issues, and progress of teacher’s professional development evaluation program with feedback and suggestion from teachers who was involved it. The sources of this study were collected by the method of Semi-structure interview with visiting several elementary school principals and teachers, while then discussing about purpose, members, guideline, and methodology of the program had been held at academic year of 2006. The finding is it does exist gape between the assumptions of the trial plan and actually teachers wish it could be. Teachers expect it could help theirs growth on the fields of profession, also identify its idea with the promotion of Ministry of Education. There are some issues and concern impacted it; one of reasons is it bring over loading jobs to some teachers on progress of exercise, it’s hard to make some teachers accept new concepts and they also afraid of changing and the actions of evaluation, which are the causes of negatives.
