創新「台灣鄉土藝術文化教育」發展趨勢之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討「台灣鄉土藝術」教育之現況及鄉土藝術教育未來發展之趨勢。研究方法採用文獻探討、問卷調查與訪談調查,透過資料整理與調查分析,針對我國「鄉土藝術」教育及鄉土藝術文化發展趨勢提出可行之結論與建議,作為我國未來藝術課程發展之參考依據。本研究獲得具體發現與結論為: 一、台灣鄉土藝術教育為因應社會多元化的發展,教材的編列應考量各地方的傳統文化特色,以數位化及生活化的方式呈現,並舉辦相關活動,使學生能親身體悟鄉土文化之美,達到教學成效。 二、台灣鄉土藝術教育有助於培養學生具備多元文化的新社會價值觀,及對鄉土藝術活動的興趣以及欣賞能力。另一方面,須加強學生對藝術產業現況和趨勢的理解及傳統與現代觀念接軌的能力。 三、鄉土藝術教師應提昇其專業知能,具備數位化多媒體的應用能力,及統整創新教材與編製教具的能力,方能發揮教學效能;而教育行政單位應提供專業師資培育課程,建立專業制度,才能實踐「鄉土藝術」的教育目標。 四、近世紀世界各國大力推動藝術文化,各縣市應多發展各地方之特色活動,不但能提升藝術文化之價值,且對發展地方的文化觀光產業、提升經濟產能、邁向國際化,也大有助益。 根據研究結果,研究者對教育行政當局、教師與未來研究者提出若干建議,以作為政策、教學與研究之參考。

This research is primarily to explore the status quo of the folk arts education in Taiwan and the trend of its future development. Methodologies were inclusive of the literature review, the questionnaire and the interview. Through data collection as well as survey analysis, one can come up with the useful conclusions and suggestions for our country’s folk arts education and the trend of its cultural development, which can be referred to by the development of the future arts curriculums. The concrete findings and conclusions of this research are as follows: 1. With a view to adapting the folk arts education in Taiwan to the multilateral social development, the compilation of the teaching materials should take into accounts of the local characteristics of traditional culture by means of digitalization and accommodation to daily lives. Furthermore, activities should be held to enable students to experience the beauty of folk culture personally, achieving the objective of teaching folk arts. 2. The folk arts education in Taiwan is conducive to cultivating students to be equipped with new multilateral social values, interests as well as abilities to appreciate activities relating to folk arts. On the other hand, students have to enhance their comprehension of the trend as well as the status quo of arts industry and their abilities to bridge the gap between traditional and contemporary concepts. 3. Arts teachers should advance their professional knowledge regarding arts and encompass the capabilities to apply digitalized media and integrate innovative teaching materials as well as teaching assistants so that the utility of teaching could be realized, while the education administration is require to provide professional teacher cultivation programs and set up professional mechanism to fulfill the educational target of folk arts. 4. Several countries worldwide, over the past few centuries, have been highly promoting the arts culture. Consequently, counties and cities in Taiwan are supposed to celebrate activities of local characteristics to upgrade the value of arts culture, which is considerably beneficial to stimulate local cultural tourism, higher economic production and proceed to internalization. On grounds of the results and findings, the researcher come up with some suggestions and recommendations to the education administration concerned, teachers and future researchers for the reference of policies, teaching and studies.
