提昇機器人機電整合實作技術能力研究

摘要


智慧型機器人是一種高度機電整合型的產品,為了能有效提昇學生在機電整合方面知識與實作技術能力,本研究以專題導向學習(Project Based Learning)作為基礎,規劃挑戰式(Challenge-Based Learning)的教學策略,藉此提昇學生在機器人機電整合之實作技術能力。 本研究對於實作能力的評估,是採取Simpson技能量表,以檢核表方式來評量技能項目,並規劃了五層專題式的挑戰賽,第一層作一個簡單順序控制,第二層加入感測器碰障與極限開關規劃了迴圈程式,第三層應用非接觸式感測器作避障規劃,第四層使用循跡模式規劃跑道,讓同學來挑戰,第五層對利用PID模式,來學習機器人另一種控制模式,最後以七層面向表呈現彼此差異,另外在教學實驗上則是採取前實驗設計的單組前測-後測設計。 由研究結果發現,經過本研究教學活動的學生在智慧型機器人成就測驗上表現,有明顯進步,然而在比較個別不同學習背景之高中與高職學生前測、後測與實作測驗上並無顯著差異,表示本教學活動在成就測驗與實作測驗上皆適合不同背景體制學生學習,另外在全體學生對於機器人機電系統實作活動學滿意度部分,大部分的學生是滿意這樣的設計,驗證此教學活動方式可以提高學習興趣,且能適切應用所學之相關知識,並驗證此學習活動有助於機電整合實作技術的提昇。

The purpose of this study was to develop a challenge-based instruction to enhance student’s technical skills of mechatronics in robotics. There are five learning activities were designed for students to investigate robotics including mechanisms, robot motion, and path planning. The learning activities can allow students to assemble mechanical parts and integrate mechatronics to design robots to meet the project goal as expected. Finally, this study describes the curriculum design processes and then the educational analysis methodology and statistically results, demonstrating the positive impact on student learning of technical skills in robotics.
