WSBL選手生涯規劃與生活滿意度之調查研究

摘要

本研究目的有二：一、暸解WSBL選手生涯規劃與生活滿意度之現況。二、探討不同背景變項之WSBL選手生涯規劃與生活滿意度之差異。研究對象為WSBL儲備及正式選手133名，得到選手及教練同意後，透過問卷調查法進行資料蒐集與分析，所得結果如下：
一、不同年齡、隸屬球隊、是否入選國家隊、國家隊資歷等級、教育
等級、是否為專職球員、球團年收入、其他年收入、所屬球隊是否提供生涯規劃或就業輔導等背景之選手在生涯規劃上有顯著差異。
二、不同隸屬球隊、教育程度、是否為專職球員、球團年收入、其他
年收入等背景之選手在生活滿意度上有顯著差異。依據研究結果提出以下四點建議：一、提高選手的生活保障；二、加強球團或聯盟的退休規劃及輔導；三、提供並開放選手進修其他知識技能的機會與空間；四、關心選手的生活品質。

The purpose of this study was two-fold. First, to understand WSBL players’ career planning and life satisfaction. Second, to examine the differences of different background variables on WSBL players’ career Participants were 133 WSBL players. After received the informed consent, players were requested to complete a questionnaire which assess their career planning and life satisfaction. The results of this study indicated that: (1) There were significant differences on players’ career planning among different background variables such as age, team, education, full time or part time players, annual income. (2) There were significant differences on players’ life satisfaction among different background variables such as team, education, full time or part time players, annual income. Based on the results, the implications and suggestions are as followed: (1) to improve the player’s living; (2) to strengthen the team’s retirement plan and counseling; (3) to provide opportunities for players increasing their knowledge and skills regarding career planning; (4) to concern the player’s quality of life.
