高級工業職業進修學校電機電子群課程架構及修訂方向研究

A Study on FrameWork and Revision Direction of Continuing Program in Electric and Electronic in the Vocational Industrial Senior High Schools

摘要


面對經濟發展迅速、科技日新月異,我國政府開始倡導知識經濟與產業升級,在產業外移的趨勢下,製造業基層技術人力需求減少,身為培育國家基礎技術人才的高級工業職業進修學校亦開始著手進行教育改革工作。由於原有課程架構及方向已不符所需,為了配合日校學年學分制及回流進修教育的實施,重新修訂課程架構以滿足就業市場之需求,實有必要。由於我國高中職進修學校課程的修訂,主要係以日校為主,對於高級工業職業進修學校的課程則付闕如。本研究主要目的有三:(一)探討高級工業職業進修學校電機、電子群課程之現存問題;(二)探討高級工業職業進修學校電機、電子群課程架構;(三)探討高級工業職業進修學校電機、電子群修訂之方向。 為達研究目的,本研究以問卷調查法、文獻分析、實地訪談、焦點座談為研究方法。其中研究工具係以自編的「高級工業職業進修學校電機電子群課程架構及修訂方向」,進行調查,調查對象為學校教師及行政人員。資料分析採用次數分配、百分比、單因子變異數分析、t考驗、及雪費事後比較等統計方法,分析歸納後提出結論。 根據研究結果分析,獲得三大結論:(一)在現存問題方面,發現教育目標未朝向終身學習能力的培養,也未達到社區成人在職進修回流教育為依據,科別已不合時宜,且僵硬、無彈性;課程架構比例,欠缺彈性,無法連貫銜接國中及四技二專課程;學時制沿用十三年及過多的授課節數;(二)在課程架構方面,應朝向多元彈性,配合學生需求做適性設計,以為隨時所需;(三)在課程修訂方向方面,主張學校本位課程的發展、學分制的實施、課程統整連貫及減少課程負擔。 最後根據結論,針對教育主管機關、學校、教師及後續研究等四方面,提出具體建議。

To face the rapid economic development, our government began to advocate knowledge-economy and industrial upgrades. The need of the basic skilled human resources reduced as the result of the industries moving out; therefore, the senior vocational industrial advanced schools also made many needed reforms in education. For cooperating the academic year and the credit system of day schools and the practice of back-flow advanced education, it is essential to revise the curricular frame leading to meet the needs of the job market. The curricular revise was mainly on day schools, not on night schools. As a result, the purposes of this study include the following three points: 1.to explore the existing problems of the electric and electronic curriculum in the senior vocational industrial advanced schools; 2.to explore the electric and electronic curriculum frame in the senior vocational industrial advanced schools, and 3.to explore the revise direction of the electric and electronic curriculum in the senior vocational industrial advanced schools. The methodologies used in this study include questionnaire, documental analysis, live interview, and symposium. The researcher made the questionnaire of「The electric and electronic curriculum frame and the revise direction of the senior vocational industrial advanced schools」as for the research tool in this study, and the subjects are teachers and administrators. All kinds of information were analyzed by statistical techniques such as frequency distribution, percentage, single factor variation analysis, t test, and Scheffe’ posterior comparisons. According to the analysis, there were three findings: 1.The educational goals didn’t lead to cultivate lifelong learning ability. 2.The subjects were untimely and inflexible, and the curriculum frame couldn’t coherent and link with the college curses. 3.The curriculum frame should be diversification and meet the needs of the students. 4.In the revise direction of the curriculum, it should emphasize on developing standard curriculum, practicing credit system and integrating the courses. Based on the results, the researcher came up with some specific recommendations for educational agencies, schools, teachers, and the further researches.
